Very informative blog, no doubt. Shall appreciate, should you kindly clearly, what exactly you had mentioned in transportation no. column of the MDAC & SGAC form. Since, obviously you don't get to know the taxi/car no. beforehand. Any information, would be very helpful, since I intend to do this trip, very soon. Thank you.

So sorry for the late reply. We didn't fill out a form exiting SG. This taxi was from SG to Johor. It was just all oral questions from the attendant.

@@MommyTriciaLim Online submission of both SGAC, while entering Singapore & MDAC, while entering Malaysia, MANDATORY, according to legislation in force. Anyway thanks for the reply.
