Awesome build.
You could also put this scope (Razor Gen III) on a 7 mm PRC build. Either a hunting stock or another chassis. And then, let's see some results.
Also, I know it will do well. The world record long shot was recently made at 4.4 miles and those guys were using a Gen III.
What height rings did you use I've got that exact setup and need rings
i would go with a 24 in 308 barrel. they have a 1/8 twist . you can launch heavies. like 200 grain sierras at a modest velocity 2450 fps and still reach way out there. having a quick change barrel and so many options puts this rifle in a different category. i love mine.
The actual designation for the MRAD for the military is the MK-22. The optic being used is the Nightforce ATACR
Have that scope but on another rifle. Have the Nightforce ATACR 7-35x-56mm and my MRAD rifle that the Marines are using on the MK22
Wondering where that was going with the term MRAD for a rifle. To me MRAD is the well known optic (geometric) doping practice. Bottom line is this makes me want to build another. Thanks.
Cool.
I work for the company that makes the lenses for these scopes.
