For those who wanna try authentic
Litti chokha
Ingredients for Litti fillings
1 finely chopped onion
4 finely chopped garlic cloves
1 inch garlic finely chopped
2 chillies chopped
1 ½ lemon juice extract
Sattu 2 cups
Salt for taste
Coriander leaves finally chopped
1 Tablespoon Mustard oil
Some home made pickle masala
Steps for Litti
Mix all the above ingredients together and add some Tablespoon of water if needed so that it should be properly bind
Make dough: add pinch of salt, some Ajwain for flavour, and a teaspoon and then water
Stuff the filling in the dough
You can roll it to make paratha like Aloo paratha
Or put it in upum stand for proper litti twist
In slow flame cook it and rotate so it should be cooked all sides
Once cooked, put it in direct flame for bry flavour
And break it to have a hole and put some Ghee and apply ghee outside the litti and enjoy it with the yummy chokha
CHOKHA ingredients
5 medium size boiled potatos
2 big size brinjal
3 to 4 medium size tomatos
3 chilli
Garlic and ginger finely chopped
Coriander leaves chopped
1 medium size onion finally chopped
Salt to taste
MUSTURD OIL
STEPS TO MAKE CHOKHA
Boil and keep aside potatoes
Roast brinjal and once cool down remove the skin
Roast all tomatoes and once cool down remove the skin
Roast chilli for more flavour
Add all three above ingredients and add garlic, ginger, onion and mix well
Add salt to taste
Then heat 2 Tablespoon of mustard oil and add in this
Mix all together and add Coreinder at the end
Enjoy this with litti

You can cook them in microwave on grill mode for 12-15 mins. Place on the grill stand & turn after 7 or 8 min. It turns awesome.

I have got highest regards for them...it's so difficult to be a housewife. Even cooking a simple meal is so difficult..doing it daily that too coupling it with cleaning,washing ,dusting is so tiresome...a person who is not used to it cannot even tackle one at a time,forget about juggling various responsibilities.

Just wanna share, u can baked it in the toaster oven until the litti puffed up then put in the rack ( gas) to give the burn effect. Then u can put little ghee at last on the plate n eat it . It wont be so messy and less hassle for u.

We have same recipe but instead of sabjzi we use moong dal and that roll of ata litti we call it batti and the recipe we call it dal batti try litti with moong dal it also taste good😋
