Heights has an excellent commute to midtown Manhattan. I used to live 2 minutes from the bus stop and 15 minutes bus ride into manhattan. Love the commute and best burger in NJ.
If you’re on the south side of the heights it’s about a 10-15 min walk to the journal square path train depending on where you are. But if you’re on the north side, the path would be too far of a walk so you could take the light rail to the path instead.
