Overall I like playing hatz tbh. It’s really good at killing bad players (like every player lol) and it can travel across POIs to search for people super quickly. Not the greatest at killing players who know how to fight it but that’s like 1 in a hundred players or something. Plus it has some really nice skins I’m trying to hit 1k before the end of the year so if you could subscribe, that would be really awesome. Thanks!
Are there any Dinosaurs which are in your opinion better than Hatz in 1v1s? If so which ones? And how does a Rex play against hatz is it possible to outturn it and catch or impossible if hatz knows what hes doing?
Forgot to mention this but the reason this video is kinda minimally edited compared to my other videos is just that I, first of all, had like no motivation to edit, and also I wanted to get a video out before an update comes out
It's absolutely top tier. I like playing it for the safety it provides from megapacks like all pterosaurs but I can see them being turbo cancer when a KOS one shows up while you play anything else since you can't escape.
If ur using stab, i recommend using the hide that protects u from the first hit outside of combat aswell, as u can tank one hit while ur stab is active, and get a positive trade
Personally I just don’t like tough beak. With the way I fight apexes, I’m generally landing the first hit and dodging away anyway, so tough beak becomes redundant. Preened feathers will always be useful though, whether it’s for combat or not. As a full flight stam hatz, I can escape when I get ganged on by a bunch of hatzes (as showcased in this video). I’d say most hatz mains agree with me on this. Hardcore hatz players tend to go preened
I am so confused by the rexes who don't turn to face you and just whack you with their tail, what are they thinking?? The rex is a giant mouth with legs

Me and 2 other hatz went on a murder spree with our hatz on a server, killed all fully grown, an Eo, a Rex, a stego (we actually let the stego live because we felt so bad lol) and a few other things too
Tail attack wouldn’t really change much in that fight tbh. What would’ve saved him was if he actually used precise movement to face me instead of allowing me to tailride him constantly lol
Even now after nerfs the hatz can still search an entire poi in a minute and face tank half the roster (a third of it almost without threat). Ok but not the worst thing in the world right? Remember this is the game where many dinos at sub lose the ability to do even a minor jump over a rock or branch, that would be op but hatz is balanced lol. At least many people still do wanna play the other parts of the game and they only get on their hatz when they dont wanna die. Theres really no debate, but i feel bad for the hatz and hatz players....but they wont ever balance something that can fly and is any more impactful in combat than low teir prey animals.
@@speakonit8861 my laptop has to run max low settings if I want any fps lol It’s weird because I used to be able to run max high settings and still get consistent, good fps. Idk what happened
Barrel roll does 60 damage and has a very high change of just missing/doing more damage to hatz than to you because collision. It’s finicky to actually land it without hurting yourself and you burn a lot of stamina doing so. Overall it’s really not that op

I'm solo so I play it to stay alive from these giant discord groups but if you kill something you gotta go cuz a revenge hatz is usually coming 😂
