what a phenomanal tribute to the 80s. Picked probably the best characters for this video. Keep up with the great work Eastenders and I cant wait for part 2.
Gone but NOT forgotten.
Pauline and Arthur fowler. They are an kindest couples who have everything you should have as a neighbour, they are so kind to be on the square and walford especially the queen vic scenes. We have loved them , we shared with them , some laughter and we cry with them too. Arthur fowler was the first person who stolen the love of Pauline, sadly we recently seen the final time of him . Pauline fowler was the heart of eastenders especially the square and walford including the queen vic,
The emotional scenes was when she passes away, I will miss her character and the actress too
Lou beale, the mantrach of the beales. She just amazing to watch and I understand that she has the biggest ever role in eastenders and watching the emotional scenes when she gives the marching orders for the family before she died
Dot cotton and either Skinner, oh yes they were such as amazing couples of ladies who loves the square and walford because they have an strong friendship in the queen vic, etc and I love watching their journey and I watched the Emotional scenes when dot helped Ethel to die

Michelle and lofty, I have seen all their scenes with them both and I love the iconic characters In them two and watching the sweetest scenes was great fun
Sue and Ali osman, was the first couples alongside den and angie watts, they are so cute. Watching the emotional scenes when their baby dies in the cot

Back when show was great.
Sharon watts, the lengendary Sharon. She is the queen of the square and walford because she loves the family with den and angie watts including all the family and friends too. She's the heart of the queen vic and she lost the queen vic couples of times and made friends with Linda Carter, until she still in the square. Watching every scenes, storylines and traumas with her in it was just shockingly to watch
Ethel gave Nick what he deserved good on her
Pete beale. The head of the fowlers and beales family, he is such amazing man to see the storylines, scenes and many traumas the actor who played him who recently died but watching him in eastenders was the best things he could do, didn't watch the emotional scenes as Pete beale have died off screen
Peter Dean is still alive.
Lou was head of the family, and then it was Pauline. It was never Pete.
Best characters .. loved them. Hope more of them can make a come back. Just love Eastenders....
Eastenders first aired, in my area of the US, in 1986. My mom started watching it first, then got me into it. From 1986 until about 2001, I don't think, that I missed a single episode. After that, my work hours changed and I wasn't home when it aired and there were a lot of other changes in my life, and I started losing interest in Eastenders after that. But, these early years of Eastenders are still really special to me.
I love the iconic characters on eastenders . I will go through each one and leave a comment about this character and tell you all why they need to stay and why they left
Dr Peggy, he is such amazing man to see in the square and walford too , I love seeing the doctor in eastenders eastenders In 1985, he was just amazing to watch but seeing the whole entire episodes since 1985 was fantastic but watching dr legg's return was just wonderful to watch unfortunately watching dr legg's death was very touching scene

Den n angie were THE iconic queen vic couple! The closest they got to these 2 amazing charecters now is or rather was mick and Linda! Only they arnt toghether in the show now 😐
The Goat 🐐 for me is Steve McFadden. 1989 till present 🔥 u can’t question his work ethic..

I wish they'd bring Anita Dobson back in some form.
What form? Angie Watts died back in 2002 due to illness so there is no way she could come back like Den and Kathy did. Before that Anita Dobson was asked to come back over the years but she always refused.
@@gyobfan22 as in a different character. They've done it with other, albeit minor characters. But she looks very different now so I don't think it would be that big a deal. --- how about a new female villain to take on Phil or Suki?
The most iconic character is probably Phil Mitchell.

Den and angie watts are the heart of the square and walford especially the queen vic in the very first time in 1985 and they thought about being around family and friends. Angie watts is the most popular person because she loves the family with den watts and their adoptive daughter Sharon. She shouldn't have died of cirrhosis of the liver because of the alcohol. Den watts was the first man of the queen vic very first time in years ago. Den died of getting hit by a doggy dog stop by Chrissie watts
Ikr? Wish both charecters were stil alive and able to return to EE to revive the show and bring back the golden years of EE!

Nick cotton. The villain who was brought up by dot because he wasn't just nice person but being nasty Nick he always have done, watching his journey was great unfortunately watching the emotional scenes when dot helped him to die

@@thenightporter yeah, my mum and I both have naturally curly hair but my mum would wear her hair more like that back then too. It was the height of fashion 😂
