    Nice cook Brother John I've never done the snake method normally just one weber pan of coals off to the side, but you need to keep an eye on it just may have to give in and try this.

    Never used the snake method as I have the slow and sear. Looked easy enough though. For a tiny little brisket, it sure had a ton of juice.
