In this video, these particular students are brand new beginners who had been only practicing for about a week. They are just learning the beginning of Paramhansa Yogananda's Kriya Yoga meditation technique, beginning with basic breathing techniques and are not actually doing the secret Kriya Yoga technique yet. We welcome and are very happy to have beginners and sincere seekers come to our center to learn Kriya Yoga. Namaste 🙏

Kriya Yoga is secret teachings on subtle energy....One is needed to be initiated by a qualified Guru...and practice in secrecy...
This is Not Kriya Yoga..It's basic breathing meditation technique..It's also powerful technique
I respect your socially built view, however It is very much possible to practice kriya yoga or any way of meditation to know god even without an initiation of a guru, if you are unable to find a true guru, who will satisfy and fill the big hole of our hollow ego. Having said that I do acknowledge that it is wise to have a guru as the path becomes little easier. Aum namah shivaye 🕉

Guru is like a stairs between God and One individual..Only enlightened beings can enlightened others..
