When it comes to The One Above All, the best one can do is come to a draw. Even such powerful beings like Dr Manhattan, it takes time for him to grow in omnipotence, which goes against the true definition of omnipotence. One would have to search further out into more obscure canons such as the Cthulhu mythos or even SCP lore. Beings like Asathoth or the Scarlet King might surpass The One Above All in raw power. Asathoth ends all existence just by waking up because everything is a figment of its imagination. The Scarlet King in SCP lore can be defeated but he's up against equally impossibly powerful entities beyond comprehension & even then they were not alone. Even such powerful beings like Dr Manhattan, it takes time for him to grow in omnipotence, which goes against the true definition of omnipotence. One would have to search further out into more obscure canons such as the Cthulhu mythos or even SCP lore. Beings like Asathoth or the Scarlet King might surpass The One Above All in raw power. Asathoth ends all existence just by waking up because everything is a figment of its imagination. The Scarlet King in SCP lore can be defeated but he's up against equally impossibly powerful entities beyond comprehension & even then they were not alone. Google these characters of fiction & decide for yourself.
