At a first glance the Cheerful Miku figma does seem like a glorified rerelease just with the addition of extra crap, but it differs from the original release as it’s modified to use the (what was at that time) updated joint system for the hands. She no longer uses the crappy ball-peg system that breaks easily and renders the other hands useless due to the ball breaking inside of the socket. (As of figma 200 though AKA figma Miku 2.0 they updated the figma hand system to the current ball-hinge one). Some of the paint apps in the cheerful also differ from the original, being more vibrant and such.
I actually have the Rin and Len Figma, and you have to take my word for this: BUY THEM. I swear to god they look so much better in real life! It’s kinda sad that these photos don’t do them justice. But then again It might just be me and my bad taste in figures
Wooo! Im happy to see kaito so high up on the list, he's my favorite out of every vocaloid! I do think it'd be super nice for characters other than Miku to get more figures though.. it's such a struggle to find Meiko or Kaito figures (that aren't priced abnormally high for my broke ass)

A lot of the fanbase is well above 20 and a lot of the songs are just not appropriate for a kid to sing. I'm an adult now, and I'm even more in support of the "Miku has no real age" attitude. Miku sings songs about going to work, she sings songs about growing old, she sings songs about anything and everything. While her voicebank had a "target" age, the author is dead (metaphorically), and I prefer to think of Miku as being without a defined age, which is kind of how Vocaloid was posed in the first place. I think of the Kagamines as being canonically young/underage, but not having specific ages beyond that-- no matter what version of the Kagamines you get, they still have those distinctly young voices. A Vocaloid's voice is the one unmoving characteristic he/she/they always have.

The reason why Sakura Miku has a camera is because of "Hanami," which is a holiday where people go out to see the cherry blossoms and they take lots of pictures!

I'm a bit surprised by number 1, I have it, and it's a great figure, but the jacket severely limits her articulation and I wouldn't choose it over most the others because of it. Miku 2.0 is exceptionally great for articulation, it's so crazy that it actually competes with the likes of Spider-Man, is kind of incredible. As for the Racing Mikus, 2015 has the better accessories for posing by far, it's a Miku knight! That's Crazy! Though 2021 is probably the better figure, it's very shiny, has lots of neon-like colors, it's bigger than most other Mikus and it's very easy to make her stand on her feet, regardless of the pose. I don't like Racing 2016, I thought I would, but I don't, the orange pops, but most of the figure is plain white, the design is very* basic, and despite this, she has limited articulation! WTF? That one is like some 4/10 material, is kinda trash.

But 2016 is more of a bone white rather than shiny white, her hair has an unsaturated tone, which is less vibrant, and the pattern on her dress is just 3 orange lines! SH figure arts are kind of becoming the new figma. Shf is blowing it out of the water with their jjk line. I'm sorry but all of the figma for jjk are trash.
