Drake also capitalized on the fact that everyone was too busy looking at Fonzie and Krenko to pay any attention to his ever-growing drake army until it was too late.
true, but also Fonzie did have multiple attempts at winning the game so I guess it wasnt "wrong". Guess Fonzie could maybe have played a bit more passively to wait for a better opportunities? Hard to tell
I'm glad to see you guys expanding your content. You've got the formula down pat and it's great to see your style on something a bit different even if it's still Edh
This is my favorite type of magic. Four very strong decks duking it out to see who's on top. Most if not all of my decks are built with this level in mind. Happy to see it on one of my favorite commander gameplay channels.
I really hope you guys keep going with the high power content! It's my favorite form of EDH (cEDH is second) and really nobody narrates a game better than you guys. Hope I see Saheeli the Gifted (my favorite high-power commander) on there soon
I'm so excited to see more high power game play! This is where my playgroup usually lands, and it's awesome to see you guys exploring it on your channel!
High Power always has been my cup of tea and i'm so exicted to hear this is a new series!!! Surely the best yt channel to watch quality paper magic. Would love to see Naya or Golgari colors at the table. When it comes to power level, how did you guys choose to draw the line where high power starts and ends? not a simple thing to do and it'd be nice to know more about the criteria behind the series.
I got into this channel because the editing and narration is utterly superb - it's easily the best MTG gameplay content there is and honestly it's not even close. I'd watch any format you folks play based on the video quality alone!
I am all for more High Power. I've been dipping my toe in CEDH but high power is where I am most comfy right now. I think my most "high power" deck would be my Jeleva spell thief deck
Love the high power games. Variety is the key. Thanks for this series fellas. Looking forward to more! (I'd love to see a a super pushed torbran, or daretti deck)
Love all the new content. the neat and concise editing and narration is what got me into watching your cedh videos, and i’m glad you’re expanding. I would love to see someone pilot an Ur Dragon deck in this high power format. As a dragon lover, I feel like Ur dragon is the pinnacle and far too strong casually, but dragons as a tribe too sluggish for cedh. Keep up the great work!
Full disclosure, I don't really enjoy cEDH. However, I'm so fond of the way you guys structure your videos that I've been a regular viewer for quite a while now. I'm really excited for this new series that explores slightly lower power levels while still providing great editing! The fewer games I see that end in Thassa's Consultation the better :D!
Really glad for this series. I love High Power EDH, I think it's the sweet spot for powerful and highly interactive games that allow for wacky builds and a variety of cards you wouldn't normally see in cEDH. I'd really like to see the cast brew with underplayed commanders to make them work in a high power pod. Keep up with the good work!
It would rock if you guys could include a stompy deck in one of these games. My friends all love the archetype but it never makes its way into higher power level games. I love this idea for a format. Keep it going!
Would love to see a galazeth prismari deck. The ceiling seems so high on that deck, but I don’t feel it’s quite CEDH level. Should be perfect for one of these videos
I played skullbriar exactly one game. Dropped him turn 2, by turn 4 he was like 5/5. Opponent cast black sun's zenith for 6. Permanently killing skullbriar.
Love this power level. Just like my play group here. We don’t have the budget to perfect each deck so we hover around this power level great to see it here and hope for more
Awesome stuff here. A lot of cards played were cEDH staples and seriously fun to watch... I'd like to see more creature generation decks like Ghave Guru of Spores and the like.
I play Talrand at cedh tables, it’s a mass polymorph deck. With Talrand it creates a Drake on cast which lets you exile two and get your only creatures leveler and thoracle
I would love to see a combo slivers list that isn't food chain first sliver! Sliver Overlord as a toolbox to get the combo and protection in the command zone is amazing!
Absolutely loved it/ This is the powerlvl we play in my playgroup. While I like cEDH, I'm not much into the fact that it have to sacrifice many cool mechanics, synergies and combos just to be more efficent and strong. This powerlvl keeps all of these and also keeps enough pace to not get bored. P.S. Would really like to see Blim, Comedic Genius or Sefris high power EDH decks
Something I would like to see is players using very unusual commanders and make high power decks build around their commanders (not just using them and playing with staples). For example Kairi the Swirling Sky is a very interesting commander with great synergy with copy spells but it has like 200 decks on edhrec.
This was a great video i love the new series and id love to see it growing If you guys could play with jinnie fay, jetmir's second would be awesome its a pretty unique commander with fun combos and a strategy that is very unique in Cedh
Sefris of the Hidden Ways is a commander I've been pumping all my power into recently, I wouldn't mind hopping in to one of these games one day to show my work to the masses.
Love the idea of this video series, would like to suggest Carth The Lion as a deck! It’s a super fun Superfriends strategy, and Carth can get out of hand quickly with even a single planeswalker. Many strong options can ult the turn after they land with Carth’s ability!
Nice. Lots of cEDH out there so I'm excited to see some power and variety! My Alesha deck isn't quite cEDH on purpose so seeing stuff like this is a treat.
Love the content. This high power game was fun to watch. I do wish that the decklists were on moxfield. It is a bummer when the cards are just "listed" with nothing else.
7:36 Then Drake creates another Drake. I paused the video here to write this. Even if Drake loses, his name is Drake and he's playing Talrand, creating Drakes. That's a win in my book.
Great content! I’d love to see some Kykar spellslinger deck in a high powered setup. I’ve been playing and building this deck for a while and would love to see another perspective in action!
That has to be one of the best counterbalance games I’ve seen in a while 😂 never didn’t have it basically. Also everyone new mono blue was going to take this one!
I would love to see someone play Queza. It’s my favorite deck I have currently and it would great to be able to see someone else pilot a version. I run mine as a draw/mill and I wouldn’t expect to see that.
I liked the part where Drake said, “It’s Drakin’ time and draked all over the table
This might be my favorite comment of all time
That's not in the movie! He didn't actually say that!
drake makes a drake
Drake also capitalized on the fact that everyone was too busy looking at Fonzie and Krenko to pay any attention to his ever-growing drake army until it was too late.
Yep, the threat assessment in this game was abysmal
Everyone loses their minds when Krenko’s at the table
Y’all love ruining who wins smh
@@jalexander6885 y'all love going out of your way to read the comments before watching the video smh
true, but also Fonzie did have multiple attempts at winning the game so I guess it wasnt "wrong". Guess Fonzie could maybe have played a bit more passively to wait for a better opportunities? Hard to tell
I'm glad to see you guys expanding your content. You've got the formula down pat and it's great to see your style on something a bit different even if it's still Edh
I feel like High Power is a really good sweet spot for EDH. Nothing too crazy and everyone should be able to start to build towards their goal.
Do more of these. This was really fun to watch.
Man, when Drake said "ITS DRAKEN TIME" before Drake attacked with a Drake, I quivered
This is an all-timer
High powered is a really good idea, I look forward to series.
this is what I was waiting to see, others channels do this but here it's precise, and clear to understand.
good job, awesome video, keep it up pwp!
At 12:36, dang that's a strong mana crypt! Hahaha. But loving the high power content, cool to see!
I already know I will love this series! keep up the great work!
I dig this, awesome content guys. As a Talrand player I'm glad to see this! 👍🏾
Im too
This is my favorite type of magic. Four very strong decks duking it out to see who's on top. Most if not all of my decks are built with this level in mind. Happy to see it on one of my favorite commander gameplay channels.
Awesome video, glad to see that your content is expanding!
Oooooo high power! Sweet! Glad to see you guys exploring some other formats!
Awesome game! Loved your CEDH vids for years, looking forward to this new series too!
I really hope you guys keep going with the high power content! It's my favorite form of EDH (cEDH is second) and really nobody narrates a game better than you guys.
Hope I see Saheeli the Gifted (my favorite high-power commander) on there soon
Hope that too! Some big eldrazis in turn 4 or 5, omniscience turn 6, really fun
I wholeheartedly believe the pwp team will one day give us content every day of all these different formats, and cant wait for that to come!
👀
Me too! They have some of the best MTG content on YT.
This was def cool and yes like to see it more. You guys do game play videos the best out of any other channel out there.
I'm so excited to see more high power game play! This is where my playgroup usually lands, and it's awesome to see you guys exploring it on your channel!
Glad you enjoy it!

When it comes to power level, how did you guys choose to draw the line where high power starts and ends? not a simple thing to do and it'd be nice to know more about the criteria behind the series.
We are definitely feeling that out. We want to showcase how high a commander will go while still retaining its flavor and identity
I got into this channel because the editing and narration is utterly superb - it's easily the best MTG gameplay content there is and honestly it's not even close. I'd watch any format you folks play based on the video quality alone!
Great game, looking forward to the next one!
This is excellent, and I’m super happy to see more diverse edh content from you all!
I think we all would also like to see all of y’all play just causal commander. But we all love the new content keep up the work!

Loved the high power and would love to see you guys keep sprinkling it in!

Cal bringing out the Keruga deck. I predict a win.
Love the power level variety, your videos have always been great, and now looking forward to getting to see a wider range of commanders!
High power is great! Glad to see you guys enjoying something a little different
Great game and I can’t wait to see more in this series on the channel!
It would rock if you guys could include a stompy deck in one of these games. My friends all love the archetype but it never makes its way into higher power level games. I love this idea for a format. Keep it going!
I would definitely love to see a high power game with Vilis at the helm, resolving him is insane and he gets soo much value.
Minor thing I noticed you didn't mention: Curse of Opulence creates the Gold token for the attacker, and the controller of Curse of Opulence.
Noticed that too. Reminded me of the time on Play to Win the Korvold deck forgot his gold.
That was great! Hope you continue the series!
Would love to see a galazeth prismari deck. The ceiling seems so high on that deck, but I don’t feel it’s quite CEDH level. Should be perfect for one of these videos
Would love to see some high power Golgari like Meren, Skullbriar, Jarad or Hapatra!
I would also like to see Hapatra. One of my favorite commanders.
I played skullbriar exactly one game. Dropped him turn 2, by turn 4 he was like 5/5. Opponent cast black sun's zenith for 6. Permanently killing skullbriar.
@@mleet3125 those are some serious feel bads right there!
I built skullbriar once. After my first game I tore it apart. Opponent cast black sun zenith for 1 more than his power, permanently killing him.
@@mleet3125 sometimes it do be like that
Love the high power games! Would love to see more of them
Great video! Your style works really well for this. I would love to see some 5 color "jank" commanders!
Drake playing Drake while hopefully listening to Drake is everything I needed to see today
Love this power level. Just like my play group here. We don’t have the budget to perfect each deck so we hover around this power level great to see it here and hope for more
Loved this! my Pod and I don't play CEDH so it's cool to see stuff more like what we do. Can't wait for the next episode!
Hell yeah! This is awesome, I love the idea and the execution. This actually interests me more than cEDH, I'm 100% down for this
This is def a cool concept… would love to see nekusar! But doing other commanders pumped up as best as they can be is a great idea
I bet Drake introduces himself like "Hi I'm Drake and I make Drakes!". ;)
Great choice for expanding you content :) Looking forward on more high power edh.
Very refreshing. Hope this continues.
Awesome video. Love to see some Meren action on here, I think she slots nicely into high power.
Very good episode, really looking foward to see more. And I hope to see voltron strategies, now maybe they have the time to shine
Love this power level! It's what I aim for. More please!
Awesome stuff here. A lot of cards played were cEDH staples and seriously fun to watch... I'd like to see more creature generation decks like Ghave Guru of Spores and the like.
love this. Do more high power stuff so we can see some of those wacky decks that are too slow for cedh
I play Talrand at cedh tables, it’s a mass polymorph deck. With Talrand it creates a Drake on cast which lets you exile two and get your only creatures leveler and thoracle
Mizzix of the Izmagus, would be a a very fun commander to see on the next one, big spells are always fun
That was cool. Nice to see a change of pace for commander. I'd love to see Brago or perhaps a jund commander hit the table.
I would love to see a combo slivers list that isn't food chain first sliver!
Sliver Overlord as a toolbox to get the combo and protection in the command zone is amazing!
As an edh player myself I greatly appreciate that you try on this format
As an Intet main, I loved this! What a great game! I would like to see more Intet love, just to compare and contrast builds.
Actually very refreshing! Would love to see erinis gloom stalker along with either street urchin or scion of halaster if you ever do this again!
Always love watching these
Love this high power edh matches ! Really love the power love and how well optimized can be a edh deck without been a cedh build.
Niiice! Maybe next time you guys could go for Tribal HPEDH :D
Would be really cool to see a high power deck with it's main wincon being poison.
... and Drake creates a drake. Love it!
That was fun!
I love cEDH, but it's nice to see some other strategies and decks have a chance to shine in slightly lower powered games.
I'd love to see my boy Nekusar. Go all out on the "take damage when you draw" effects, chuck in some wheels, tainted strike, teferi's puzzlebox, etc.
Something I would like to see is players using very unusual commanders and make high power decks build around their commanders (not just using them and playing with staples). For example Kairi the Swirling Sky is a very interesting commander with great synergy with copy spells but it has like 200 decks on edhrec.

This was a great video

Love this series, keep it up 👍
Drake create drake and attack with drake. My favorite part of the video.
Nice. Lots of cEDH out there so I'm excited to see some power and variety! My Alesha deck isn't quite cEDH on purpose so seeing stuff like this is a treat.
more high powered gameplay videos please! These are sweet!
More to come!
Love the content. This high power game was fun to watch. I do wish that the decklists were on moxfield. It is a bummer when the cards are just "listed" with nothing else.
Love to see this! High Power edh is my favorite flavor!
Hoopla is such a good word, Im glad it got its time in the sun.
Cool concept, ty for the video!
bahahaha, this was so fun to watch. I love this!
7:36 Then Drake creates another Drake.
I paused the video here to write this. Even if Drake loses, his name is Drake and he's playing Talrand, creating Drakes. That's a win in my book.
I'd like to see a chaos deck get played. I never want to play with or against one, but I sure as heck want to see a good pilot use one.
More high power EDH please. This was great!
yes nice idea. keep going with the fantastic work !!!
I like it.. everything you guys do is great.
Great content! I’d love to see some Kykar spellslinger deck in a high powered setup. I’ve been playing and building this deck for a while and would love to see another perspective in action!
Great game! Yall should try Myrel but as soldier tribal. It's my favorite high powered deck that I own and definitely gets out of control fast.
Drakes with his drakes hehe
Drake’s luck countered more spells with that CB than a scroll rack
That has to be one of the best counterbalance games I’ve seen in a while 😂 never didn’t have it basically.
Also everyone new mono blue was going to take this one!
Love this series. Facepalm at the horrible brainstorm though lol
Would love to see manual storm again! And maybe dredge?
Love seeing cascade decks
Great game, great decks!
I would love to see someone play Queza. It’s my favorite deck I have currently and it would great to be able to see someone else pilot a version. I run mine as a draw/mill and I wouldn’t expect to see that.
Really great content
