I'm an electrician and just bought one of these for my customer's pool filtration system. There's no way I would have figured this out from the included instructions. Thank you so much for posting this!!!
Great video and the ONLY one that was close enough to my wiring to figure it out. Thank you so much! Very confusing wiring diagram came with product and without your video I was returning this product, but works perfect now.
Well I'm glad I decided to search for a video before installation, after reading the installation instructions numerous times. Great video. Pool lights are now on the wi-fi version of this switch!
Why in the hell do the instructions tell you to insert the neutral for the load? Im glad im not the only one co fused as all hell with the instructions included. Thank you for this video
You said "the 240 must be properly grounded to function correctly, but I see no electrical connection between the grounding screw on the chassis, which is made of non-conductive material, and the electronics of the device. As far as I can tell, the device is not grounded. Am I wrong?
This was great except in the beginning you should show 2 black jumper wires one white total 3 jumpers instead of two one black one white this is later referenced and agree no way you can do this based on directions included

Bro, the instructions on the door of the DTU40 model is confusing as hell. This video saved my bacon. And I’m with a 30+ year master electrician 😂

It’s connecting the ground from the source to the load. The device doesn’t need a ground.
