@@marc-andrecritchley6859 yes, i didn't see the part that said your whole team was level 50. It must do with your comp. I am sure you already do but make sure all characters have max PP and AP. And for a lot of my characters their PP is used for follow up attacks for more damage. When my team buffs or heals it also adds PP/AP to the unit due to the weapons and items I am using. Plus when my healer is buffed they gain AP which allows for more healing for more AP/PP. You could also use magic to blind the enemy and use debuffs, or use a group that buffs an AOE attack. I lost quiet abit in the beginning as shown in my demo videos till I got the hang of (sort of lol) good comps and skill synergy.

On true zenorian at level 50, im only doing half of his max hp as damage. Im not avle to get this sword
Most of my team here is level 29 except one who is level 50.
