Love the video guys. Something I would like to see is a rake comparison for each kit. I know you guys do an awesome job of uploading customer trucks on Instagram and Facebook but I (and probably others) would like to see a side shot of the trucks parked on 100% level ground and compared side by side. It’s hard to get an idea of the exact Stance of each kit. Just something to think about! Keep up the sweet vids 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again: the Carli Pintop kit with a torsion swaybar made a night and day difference in the onroad drivability of my 2018 RAM 2500, and it is a BLAST offroad. 10000 trouble free miles so far! Go get it at CJC. :-)
which system would offer the best ride quality backcountry 2.5? Pintop 2.5? Commuter 3.25? Backcountry 3.25? The roads i drive are lots of bump, cracks, potholes, broken pavement, about 90% the drive is rough and lots of jarring hits and dips. 10% is smooth roads
Lol when I was Looking at Carli, when I thought 2.5" and 3.0", I thought that was the size of the shock I was getting with the kit. Came from Toyotas and IFS coilovers.
That’s how it works! It gets confusing though since there’s also the lift heights, which are 2.5” and 3.25” with different shock packages spanning 2.0, 2.5, a 3.0 diameter. Lots of numbers going on haha.
You just need to get Carli to build some long travel air bags for the newer 2500’s, even if there is some fabricating involved. I know there’s not a lot of room there but those all around coil trucks ride so smooth
We're working on a kit that bundles together some 3rd party parts with a cradled bag set up. Sadly Carli's LT bags don't work on these 2500 Rams since there's so little room to work with!
When do you think that kit (3.25") will be available for the air ride trucks? Do you have any ETA? Possibly in the next 6 months or so? I really want to go that route with my 19 3500 with factory air assist.
Carli already has the pintop 2.5 system built specifically for the 3500 air assist trucks and it fits 2019 trucks. Check it out on our website or on here since we filmed a video specifically about that system!
is there any company's in New Mexico that you guys would recommend to purchase and install the pintop leveling kit, have a 2018 ram 2500 love the videos love the work y'all do would like a similar install as to the ones in your videos.
It's not towing but payload that's lost, and it's about 12-15% give or take, You can always make up for that with airbags or Timbrens or go with a Carli level system with sacrifices no capacity.
Just ordered my 2021 ram 3500 megacab 4x4 Cummins air ride ido towing and have a 5th wheel toy hauler when I get it I want to improve the ride front and rear what would you recommend for off-road and on-road use but without stealing any of the towing capacity I'm looking more for a leveling kit hopefully it fits and 35s with no problems
You”ll want to run either the Carli pintop level system, or the 3” back country system with the rear add a pack. If you want the all out best ride, do the 3” pintop system with the full rear leaf pack and then use Firestone Ride Rite airbags with Daystar cradles. Give us a call if you have any questions!
@@CJCOffRoad so I should probably call the dealership and exclude their Automatic level-rear air suspension assist they offer correct? Im still be in time to exclude
@@CJCOffRoad can u assist me with part numbers for the 3-inch pin top system with full rear leaf pack and also the Firestone Ride-Rite? What's the best place you would recommend me to purchase this kit
So I have a 18 2500 ram limited with the factory rear auto air. What kit do you recommend or will any of these work for my truck? I was looking at the 2.5 Pintop leveling system.
Any of Carli’s level systems will work! We just add in an air adjuster rod for the rear to get the truck level. That pintop level will be a huge improvement over factory!
Have you guys figured out the Carli 3.25" for the air suspension guys yet? I'm looking to purchase a 2019 Ram 3500 single wheel and really want to go with Carli. Thanks for your time.
You absolutely can! The rear Carli shocks aren’t tuned for the air ride bags, but the ride is still miles better than factory, especially up front. We like to add in the Thuren air adjuster rods with that kit for a fully level stance.
@@CJCOffRoad that is great news, I'll be home from my deployment at the end of June. I'm 100% going with this setup. Btw, your videos are very informative, keep them coming. I appreciate you guys reply, thanks.
Tbd. There’s a new cruise control bracket on the 2020 trucks that will have to be relocated to fit the carli front coil buckets. We’ll see if we can make it work!
I noticed y'all you smooth resfinned. Can y'all make a video of the differences. Also if y'all did a dominator kit. (King 3.0s.) will it be over 5500 dollars

@@CJCOffRoad thanks for the reply, I was interested in the 3.25" kit mentioned.
When he says air ride trucks does he mean the four corner air suspension thing from RAM or the after market bags in the rear for towing?
We mean the factory installed rear air system on Ram 2500/3500 trucks.
What about for a 2016 Ram 3500 Dually
Man my truck is so Stiff
It's bad
Appreciate this vid.

When will Carli make something for the rear air suspension for the 2.5” leveling kit?
They've got a long list to work through, especially since Ram has so many different suspension options on their trucks!
CJC Off Road awesome appreciate the response!

What would you suggest for a overland 2016 power wagon. Looking to move up to 37,s or maybe 40,s
The carli suspension pintop 2.5 system is a great choice. Really impressive performance in high and low speed situations, and a 3” lift height.

Do all the choices work with Power wagon?
They do!
pin top for Power wagon Hemi? Shocks alone.
No
Can the radius arms be powder coated?
Yes! We’ve had a few customers do custom colors.
3.0 pin top?!?! How much does that run?
You can see all pricing for your specific truck on our website: www.cjcoffroad.com
Power Wagon compatible?
Carli has a full line of power wagon systems!
Could y'all do this for Ford now pls :-)
Working on it!
Where are you located ..??
We're in Bellflower, Ca, which is about 30 minutes east of LAX down the 105 freeway!
Nice!!!
Can I get king shocks without the stupid blue
Yep, we can do custom resi stickers, or actually get the shock bodies coated any color you want.
I’d there’s somethin’ strange, in your neighbourhood
Do all of the kits work on 2020 bighorn with 6.4L Hemi
