- SCP-1765 is a Keter class anomaly also known as Sisters.
SCP-1765 is the collective designation for a group of three semi-corporeal entities. Instances of SCP 1765 display a capacity to willfully weaken the structure of reality in their immediate presence, allowing them a limited but potent control over temporal and physical distortions within a substantial range. Instances of SCP1765 are capable of speech, and seem to possess individual and consistent personalities. SCP-1765 was first introduced to Area-37 following a successful raid by Foundation forces on a Serpent's Hand cell.

While the original article doesn't mention, most people portray the sisters as not ugly, the third one who serves ice cream is a little girl, and the 3 sisters dress in formal suits.
Pretty sure that's mostly oversimplified SCP fault. Not that I dislike it, the opposite in fact but I can see why this channel went this way. This is definitely reminiscent of the three fates or the three crones after all.

Makes too much sense. The make-up is actually reality warping powders to alter the physical appearance of the user. The brand he partnered with, Morphe? Shorthand for Morpheus and metamorphosis. Morpheus being the god of sleep who wants the world to be brought to a still slumber and metamorphosis being the change of the user of the make-up as well as the change needed to bring about Jame’s Charles plans.

Section D is literally the safest of them all. He's just stuck in a time loop- and he doesn't even know it, but atleast he only needs to choose some flavor of ice cream (but it gets looped)

The general goal of most Serpent's Hand groups, especially the nicer ones is to live in harmony with anomalies rather than destroying, containing, or taking advantage of them.

My first exposure to these 3 was in simplified SCP. The simplified SCP version made them look somewhat cute and mildly sinister. This version is just pure horror.
Serpent's hand isn't a malicious organization, depending on the universe, they just want those who are "safe" to be released in most cannons

a Temporal anomaly is a event,being, or item that doesn't adhere to normal laws of physics and can't be explained away with natural phenomenon such like the Aurora Boreialis

But also Temporal Anomaly can refer to an anomalous object, item, or event that can't be explained yet but is believe to be able to be explained with the advances to science, like how the Northern Light, the Bloop, and some other freaky phenomenon had been classified at the start of their discovery
