Wish I had some I’m B&O paint, but they’re still awesome to have! Me too, wouldn’t have upsetting, but would have been wasted track! Thanks for watching!

Congrats on getting it to go .Kyle couple things you need to remember . Put power to every piece of track whether it's 2" or 3ft ,don't rely on track joiners, when laying flex track put the sliding rail to the inside and always check the end of the rail some times when the factory cuts the flex track to length it bends the end down so there's a bump down to the next section which causes derailments on curves . Yes, you can see board is not level with one another well done. Cheers Mate good luck with it Les

I know, just mainly trying to come up with something to do some more switching and see what I can fit in the space. Thanks for watching.

Thank you Dennis, I’ll admit it’s not 100%, but it’s closer to 10 then 1. Plus I’m enjoying the switching out of it, been doing some fun puzzles with it. Thanks for watching!

@@kylestevens6925 10 is better than 1! did you clean where the point rails connect to the stock rail? and tighten the rail joiners as some suggested??

You can see the track flex downward when the loco gets to the switch. If the curved piece is being powered from the rails of the switch, then you have a loose rail joiner. Card stock helps the bend, but you make see this again as the weather changes.

That’s what I did, put a little piece of card stock underneath and everything seemed to be happy afterwards. That’s why I’m afraid to to to much right now, this is the first time I’ve had every piece laid out and just letting nature do it’s work. Eventually I’ll get better track as I can, but just mostly using the bachmann as a temp and see what I can potentially do. Learning step by step. Thanks for watching!

you could solder your joiners as well , make the track more stable

I would love to, but we’re talking about moving out of the place we’re in now into a bigger place someday, so that’s why I’m not ready to solder the rail yet. Plus I’m just mostly playing around and getting a feel of what I can possibly do.
