If you've been to Florida and looked at any number of homes in the state, you will see they tend to be on lots of 40', 50' or 60'. Especially, the new communities. It might be a far cry in size from where you are currently from. This is normal down here. I grew up on over 400 acres, so saying a yard is huge when it's under an acre makes me smile but also you have to put it in context of where you are.
