I wear opening gambit, not only because the speed buffs feel amazing as a splatana as it allows me to easily dodge and kill enemies, but it also serves as adrenaline, it kind of makes me do better cause I’m trying to keep the effects.
1:04 Another thing to note about Gambit, the opening buff immediately expires when you pop your first ult. I noticed it first while using the Emporio Dualies, when I used my Cooler the buff expired as soon as I'm done with it. I thought it was fair considering how Cooler is, but when I used it with Sploosh even if I immediately died with Hammer I still lost Gambit. I don't know if it's more based around mobility specials or what but it's something to keep in mind when using Gambit.

I run Ninja Squid as my primary on my Gray Hoodie cause my play style is mainly skirmisher / slayer. I use it to make it harder for enemies to spot me when I’m getting up close to attack them.
comback is so good!! i didn't even knew it existed tho bc almost none of gear has it + it looks smililary to respawn thing, 20s of these upgrades is a lot
On a real note this is a W video to learn what they do especially some like drop roller giving ap or what lde actually does. Shame you didn't mention my boy bomb sniffer from splatoon 1 tho
It's definitely worth trying if you play solo! I've seen many people do really well with it and it can be as strong as any other ability if you play around it :)
