Hi Cally 😊 I’m a clarinet/sax player of many, many years and I just bought a bass clarinet. It’s driving me crazy - I can’t get notes out of the upper register! The clarinet is from 1970 so it’s old but it has been just serviced. Is it really this hard to get used to the higher register? I’ll try what you’re suggesting, hope to see more in your videos!

I’d like to start playing clarinet, but I don’t have one 🫤 i’m undecided between selmer or buffet , also, not sure if I should learn on Bb or Bass clarinet.
I think that's a personal decision and also depends on your budget :-)
