1. Emily would most likely be a controller
2. HYPERCHARGE makes her super also deal damage instead of just stunning
3. She has 1 ammo bar (similar to Charlie and lily) but the bar reloads in 1.2 seconds

Her super concept is amazing, it's like you can pause the game and relaxe for 3.5 sec
But it can be bad if not all the enemy are within the super's range (like in brawlball)

I think it would be clever if there was an edit style where she was based on the bombotic plague because she is training rats and that was how it spreaded. And you could add her face to be all green and have warts all over her, but if you want to add any more details, then that would be fine

She is the hamlyne flutist, a character from a fairy tale that has a magic flute that allows him to control others that hear the music. Her basic attack shootings rats is a reference to what he does on the story

Seems balanced, nerf Poco (why would any brawler REMOVE AMMO and STUN with the base kit? I mean, sure, the stealing ammo part can be nerfed into a gadget, but 2 AMMO?!?! And stun for almost 4 seconds? Rework Emily)
