Because I can tell you from personal experiences that the 1 test you take at 16 if you choose to, does not make you fit to drive in the streets, I’ve even seen people who look like they shouldn’t be driving, driving.

As somone who lives in Oslo, i can confirm that it is basically the safest place you can go. Like, I have never seen any bad car/bike/road accidents. EVER. I think the only bad thing about living here is that it’s Kinda expensive. But that’s just so we can have free school, hospital, college, and so on.
