Also Mineta could learn to do many other things like making the grape vine things bigger and managing to wrap it around his enemies, if he is able to bounce off the grapes he pulls from his head he could make a sling shot making him shoot faster towards whoever he is fighting, and many more things I could see mineta doing with his quirk.
Mineta would be the strongest villain tbh because he can easily kill all might how? well, he can pop off a ball and then throw it on all mights face or even shove it in his mouth which will suffocate him and become the symbol of fear. ALL HAIL MINETA
Mineta with a weapon would be SCARY. He's both an amazing support, as well as a lone wolf. We already saw how powerful Stain was. So imagine Stain with longer range and a DAYS worth of stun/stickyness. That's Mineta.
