everything is very helpful!!!! seriously you are helping me alot, i was the type of guy that always wears hoodies and jeans, now im stiling up, bit by bit, thanks to you & alpha im way more stilish !!!
i always wondered how some people could keep their collar perfect but i cant, thats why i always wore tie. Thank you for finally giving me the wisdom !!!! i loved it
The crisp white collar with a few buttons undone and a jacket on top is the sexiest look on a man, can’t even lie about it. It looks so rich and so hot. 🔥
thanks jose, my favorite shirt was all messed up and falling in on itself, then ironed the shirt and instantly put metal collar stays, i also added the magnetic and now my shirt looks amazing and elegant
Was already rocking the magnetic collar stays - looks like it's time to upgrade the placket. Always love starting my morning routine with a coffee and Jose ;) Have a good day, brother!
I too rocked Magnetics and stays, they did little for the placket..I stepped up my game, I upgraded 10 shirts, it's the way to go. If you want to look like A MILLION and Change
I'm curious how the magnets for the metal stays hold up throughout the day. I've gotta meet clients often and the magnets make me wonder if they can withstand all that movement. Your experience Jose?
That's really cool. I've not seen either the magnet thing before nor the placket strip. What happens to the placket strip when you wash the shirt? Does it bend or break? How long do they last before you have to have to insert one all over again?
Hi Andy, Million Dollar Collar will last for the life of the shirt. That is the main engineering behind the product. Took us 2 years to develop the material. I have shirts with 100 washes and dry cleans on them and it still works perfect. -Rob
Ryan - We developed this after our inventor's (Rob's) wedding. We feel your pain. Hope you can experience the difference going forward. Try it. It will change the way you look at dress shirts.
Where is the jacket from? I would really like to know please. The lapels are similar to Tom Ford, but I don’t think it’s TF as it doesn’t have a barchetta pocket.
Does it look weird by sewing a white strip (Million Dollar Collar) inside a shirt of black/pink/or other colours other than white? Is there a transparent color version of it? This is really a good product, any tips would be grateful!!!
Hey Jose. Love the vids, brother. Great work. How well do the magnets work with the (as I've seen online) mainly stainless steel collar stays? Stainless isn't as magnetic as mild steel, so would I need to buy rare-earth magnets (increased magnetism) instead of regular magnets?
there is a problem with some of the " informal" shirts, who has a very nice collar cut, but after two washing it gets bad, and it doesnt have collar stays hole, and here I have a question is there any kind of measurement with the collar size, and the neck length ?
damn.....didnt know this was possible!!! i wear a XL shirt........suffice to say i have the hanging color problem when i whip off the tie......... Thanks man!! If i can make a request.........could you do a budget shopping for semi formal office look?? I mean the do's and don't of jeans and dress shirt.......Basically my office is transitioning from the regular suit and tie to a more trendy look (imagine sports jacket with jeans) could you go over some ideas on combination wise??? Thanks again
Hey, what kind of product do you use in your hair? Like what's the shine, hold? is it a clay, putty, wax, cream? I've been looking for a product with good hold and shine and can't find anything that fits the bill. Any recommendations?
"What's up it's Jose Zuniga from teaching mens fashion and i bet you can't even take me seriously with my collar looking like this". Not sure if you did that on purpose but that was hilarious. I'm still cracking up
hey jose do u use a flat iron if so could u do a video on it because I've been using blow dryer or a flat iron for weeks now but the flat iron doesn't give me a good style and volume could u do a video on flat irons
Hey man, what do you think about boat shoes? I like them because I feel like they're the perfect in between from dressy and casual, you should do a video on them!
Can you do a video on how to get the perfect polo collar? I sometimes opt a polo over a button up due to its casual nature but I can never get the collar to look good after the first wear. Thanks
Hi Naeem - The permanently installed placket stays are washer/dryer, iron, launder, and dry-clean safe, and will last the life of your shirt, guaranteed. Let us know if you have any other questions and check out our site for more info. :)
Jose, talk to me about the suit you're wearing. I like the lapels and the cut. Would this suit work in a mohair blend (adding a bit of shine) or all wool best?
Hello lullemans72, you use a seam ripper at the very top of your collar hem. Then insert the placard stay and resew. That's all there is to it. You can do it yourself or have cleaners, tailor, friend or family do it for you.
Does anyone know where this suit jacket is from? Completely my style with the wide peak lapel - I find it so hard to find jackets like this unless they're from Tom Ford.
Completely agree about the peak lapels. Closest and more affordable version than TF is the Suitsupply Washington fit. Check it out. Basically a Tom Ford Windsor suit, when it comes to details, at a lower price range! Also has 3 roll 2 buttoning.
As study as the metal collar stays are; won't the fact that the top of your collar is more weighted just add to the rest of your shirt flopping down on you? (Not a critique of its use. Only wondering.)
i see the link for the magnet collar stays no longer works. Do you have a recomendaion for these? i already have the metal that goes in the collar but don't have any magnets.
So, what is the difference from shirts that have the pocket to insert the collar stays, the ones that have it by it is "sealed" were nothing can be done and the ones that don't have it at all, not even a pocket to insert metal collar stays...what's the difference?
Hey man, I'm new to the business professional look. Now that my job requires me to look sharp all the time, I need recommendations on places where you can find quality suits, shirts for a relatively cheaper price. Any brand name you share?
This is an awesome, awesome video! Can you do a video on shirt quality, both casual and dress shirts? I feel like everytime I go to buy a white shirt, any skin and undershirts are always visible... transparency issues are real man. Any advice?
Buying undershirts that are close to your skin tone are the best way to mitigate that. That being said, if you're darker that's not all that easy. The easiest way to decrease transparency for all skin tones across the board is to wear a grey undershirt.
If you have a sewing machine you can do it yourself in a few minutes. I've done about 10 shirts. Once you install them. ALWAYS hang your shirt with the top button buttoned so it keeps it's shape
everything is very helpful!!!! seriously you are helping me alot, i was the type of guy that always wears hoodies and jeans, now im stiling up, bit by bit, thanks to you & alpha im way more stilish !!!
sir willy hahaha same here bro
Hi there , this is Risa from Zhenxing magnet , we can offer the PVC clothes magnet to you , Risa , whatsapp/ wechat :+8615813826713
I tried double adhesive tape (2-3 mm). It worked well (with non-magnetic collar stays). Sticking is very good.
i always wondered how some people could keep their collar perfect but i cant, thats why i always wore tie. Thank you for finally giving me the wisdom !!!! i loved it
hey.. you really work hard man to bring up new fashion designs and your marvelous ideas.. may God bless you and you succeed in your career
ok. Day and night. Wow. I'm blown away by the difference. I wear ties to avoid that before look, but more I'm going to try this
The crisp white collar with a few buttons undone and a jacket on top is the sexiest look on a man, can’t even lie about it. It looks so rich and so hot. 🔥
thanks jose, my favorite shirt was all messed up and falling in on itself, then ironed the shirt and instantly put metal collar stays, i also added the magnetic and now my shirt looks amazing and elegant
where did you buy the magnetic ones
Was already rocking the magnetic collar stays - looks like it's time to upgrade the placket. Always love starting my morning routine with a coffee and Jose ;) Have a good day, brother!
Haha for sure man!
Dave - Let us know once you upgrade that placket! We love to follow our customer's journeys! :)
I too rocked Magnetics and stays, they did little for the placket..I stepped up my game, I upgraded 10 shirts, it's the way to go. If you want to look like A MILLION and Change
This is the Jose and style of content that we all need! Love your work mi amigo
I'm curious how the magnets for the metal stays hold up throughout the day. I've gotta meet clients often and the magnets make me wonder if they can withstand all that movement. Your experience Jose?
@Hugo Adrian Wilkins lol no
I will say, I bought these a few months ago. Best wardrobe purchase I ever made.
John - Thanks for the great feedback. Would love to get the same feedback through our site in our reviews. :)
+Million Dollar Collar Hey Rob! I may be dense but I don't see a review section on your site.
That's really cool. I've not seen either the magnet thing before nor the placket strip. What happens to the placket strip when you wash the shirt? Does it bend or break? How long do they last before you have to have to insert one all over again?

-Rob
I always use metal collar stays, but I never understood what the magnet is for! Finally I understand it and the effect is incredible! Thanks!
Will it look right if you button it up for tie? I use shirt close and open.
Dude i wish you made this video yesterday i had wedding and had to keep popping the collar up. Thanks for the video for future references
Ryan - We developed this after our inventor's (Rob's) wedding. We feel your pain. Hope you can experience the difference going forward. Try it. It will change the way you look at dress shirts.
Thanks bro. I never knew about these collar hacks. I always thought it was the way you iron the shirt
Where is the jacket from?
I would really like to know please.

Million Dollar Collar goes in-between the layers and is not visible once installed. Doesn't matter what color your shirt is.
thanks for the tips this was a really helpful video
You're welcome man!
Hey Jose. Love the vids, brother. Great work.

Such a small change makes such a big difference!!
how does it hold up when you wash the shirts?
damn.....didnt know this was possible!!! i wear a XL shirt........suffice to say i have the hanging color problem when i whip off the tie......... Thanks man!!

Good tip Jose, I never would have thought about this honestly.
Greg - Now that you know, you're going to be like us - you'll never look at a dress shirt the same way.
"What's up it's Jose Zuniga from teaching mens fashion and i bet you can't even take me seriously with my collar looking like this". Not sure if you did that on purpose but that was hilarious. I'm still cracking up
love that jacket Jose is wearing
I knew about the MDC,for a few years.. BUT This is the Video that SOLD ME,...10 shirts $80..well worth it..
Just placed an order. I have a feeling these will work wonders on women's shirts as well.
hey jose do u use a flat iron if so could u do a video on it because I've been using blow dryer or a flat iron for weeks now but the flat iron doesn't give me a good style and volume could u do a video on flat irons
He blow dries
Hey man, what do you think about boat shoes? I like them because I feel like they're the perfect in between from dressy and casual, you should do a video on them!
You just earned a new subscriber!!
I got a velcro strip and I cut small pieces and place them under the collar to join the collar and the shirt..
Primero debo decirte que muy buen video. Y dos, me puedes dar el nombre de las barras largas? No las he logrado encontrar en Colombia.
Can you do a video on how to get the perfect polo collar? I sometimes opt a polo over a button up due to its casual nature but I can never get the collar to look good after the first wear. Thanks
Thanks for the tip brother. I've been using my shirts the wrong way for a long time but not anymore.
Any metal collar stay will work with magnet?
Can you wash your shirts without damaging the Million Dollar Collar strips? Or do you take them out every time you wash your shirts
Hi Naeem - The permanently installed placket stays are washer/dryer, iron, launder, and dry-clean safe, and will last the life of your shirt, guaranteed. Let us know if you have any other questions and check out our site for more info. :)
Awesome, thanks!
Nice white shirt, what's the brand of that white shirt?
where is the grey suit jacket from?
Can you make a video on how to prevent/avoid/remove collar stains?
So what about ironing does the plastic deteriorate
nice tips ! thank you.
but why do u like the blazers with these wide collars that almost reach your shoulder ?
Yeah I like jackets that have wider lapels
Where is this suit from? The lapels are epic
Please share with me where you bought this shirt !
What's with the Estuniga line did you gentlemen quit on that ?
But can you see that white strip under white or light colored shirts like a white v neck t?
please make a video on how to roll sleeves for t-shirt
You wouldn't typically roll up sleeves on a t-shirt. Did you mean for long sleeved shirts?
Jose, talk to me about the suit you're wearing. I like the lapels and the cut. Would this suit work in a mohair blend (adding a bit of shine) or all wool best?
Can someone give me the links to the collar stays and magnets .. The links in the description are broken.
how exactly are those things sown in there? is the collar opened, or are they just sown in under the collar? it's not very clear to me.
Sown IN not sown ON, so it's inside the shirt.
Hello lullemans72, you use a seam ripper at the very top of your collar hem. Then insert the placard stay and resew. That's all there is to it. You can do it yourself or have cleaners, tailor, friend or family do it for you.
TechT1999 thanks for the detaled explanation there, techt1999. i had a hunch that the collar would be opened, but wasn't sure it was possible.
Does anyone know where this suit jacket is from? Completely my style with the wide peak lapel - I find it so hard to find jackets like this unless they're from Tom Ford.
It's a custom suit from my previous Estuniga collection
your estuniga website has been down for a pretty long time
Completely agree about the peak lapels. Closest and more affordable version than TF is the Suitsupply Washington fit. Check it out. Basically a Tom Ford Windsor suit, when it comes to details, at a lower price range! Also has 3 roll 2 buttoning.
Love this! For a long time I would only buy button collars. Again, another thing for me to buy LOL. Thanks Jose!
Excited for you to experience the difference! Let us know if you have any questions! :) info@milliondollarcollar.com
0:11 we went through the all of the 70's when this was the look was hot ...........NOW they want to get rid of it.......I never liked it
Hi there , this is Risa from Zhenxing magnet , we can offer the PVC clothes magnet to you , Risa , whatsapp/ wechat :+8615813826713
Thanks! Does it matter what size the magnets are?
Just Use White/Clear Zip ties. Cut the lock piece out, cut to size, sew in. For fraction of the price Zip ties can stand a beating.
otimus prime time zip ties have sharp corners when you cut them. Might cut the shirt or melt in dryer (although I hang dry all my shirts).
what is that thing call in general english? Collar stand or something like that?
Great video i purchased the metal strips and magnets and it made a night and day difference. Now I just need to install the Million dollar strips
With these hacks plus ironing with starch can dramatically change the look of a shirt.
hey Jose you should make a video on trimming and shaping facial hair!
As study as the metal collar stays are; won't the fact that the top of your collar is more weighted just add to the rest of your shirt flopping down on you? (Not a critique of its use. Only wondering.)
love waking up to new vids everyday
Hey Jose, where is your white shirt from?
GREAT VIDEO I LOVE THIS CHANNEL 👌 👏
What if I have some dress shirts form the 70s ? Where your supposed to where it like that ?
Do the placket stays bend just like the collar stays I use?
please provide tips on description...
i see the link for the magnet collar stays no longer works. Do you have a recomendaion for these? i already have the metal that goes in the collar but don't have any magnets.
Wassup Man! I have an all White Party coming up. Where would you suggest I purchase Smooth all white outfit from?
Jose knows his stuff
I 'm from Romania and Amazon , where they find such accessory
Can you make a video on how ironing
Where can I get that shirt? Brand, etc.?
i like ur vids u dot come across too urban u come across nice and professional yet relaxed
Seriously, thank you so much for this jose, especially for the 'homemade' magnetic collar stays, it is so much cheaper...
Very nice, I'm looking forward on trying them out.
Thank you for this! Very helpful
So, what is the difference from shirts that have the pocket to insert the collar stays, the ones that have it by it is "sealed" were nothing can be done and the ones that don't have it at all, not even a pocket to insert metal collar stays...what's the difference?
what can i do if i cant open the space to put the collar stays i have some shirts that have it inside and i cant take it
Where'd you get that suit jacket?
Hey man, I'm new to the business professional look. Now that my job requires me to look sharp all the time, I need recommendations on places where you can find quality suits, shirts for a relatively cheaper price. Any brand name you share?
What happens when you wash the shirt with placket stays installed?
JB Gimena they get clean. ;) Treat your just as you normally would after MDC has been installed.
Great video bro! Loved it
Yes! Exactly what I was looking for. I had no idea on what the name was so I could never find the thing I was looking for.
Thanks!
where did you buy that jacket?????
I think the loosened dress shirt over a jacket looks cool.
And that’s why you’ll never be cool bro.
Can anyone tell the brand of that white shirt
What if I need to add a tie to it?
Where could i buy that shirt from
sorry, but where do we place the inserts on the shirt, to sow?
The kit shows you where exactly but it goes in the shirts placket.
If you have a sewing machine you can do it yourself in a few minutes. I've done about 10 shirts. Once you install them. ALWAYS hang your shirt with the top button buttoned so it keeps it's shape
Didn't even know those magnets existed! Thanks.
Once you've installed the Million Dollar Collar, can I still use the shirt with a tie?
what if your shirt doesn't have a slot for collar stay?
why didnt you show how to put the plaketts on?
I dont know which watch to get the 5th watch or original grain?
where is the grey suit from
would clothing starch work 2?
Loving the daily uploads!!
The video was of great help!! Thanks!!
where do you buy your blazers
