She looks so motherly! In keeping with “evil” Ariel’s backstory, I can fully see Aunty Ursula acting perhaps like a naive and misguided fairy godmother type to her favorite eccentric niece, giving Ariel a pair of legs without realizing the huge drawbacks they would have, and fully believing she’s now happy on land with a loving human husband. And when she finds out Ariel was rejected and partially undid her transformation and is now living as an outcast in some underwater cave, with a deformed half-tail, severe injuries and perma-glowing eyes from magical strain, she’d be completely heartbroken. Just imagine the parallels with the original movie. This flamboyantly pompous, sweet octopus woman swimming towards a creepy dark cave, uncertain of what she’s gonna find, but pressing on because that’s her BABY who is said to live there, she can’t leave her to rot! SHE LOOKS IMMACULATE!!! REGAL! INCREDIBLE! FABULOUS! My gosh the DETAILS!!!! I'm in love
Hexian: The goal is to keep the doll as light as possible
Also Hexian: There's 4 pounds of apoxie sculpt on this doll
Hahaha🤣
Kinda fits the theme of baroque dresses and hair being super heavy and uncomfortable (but also pretty af)
Is it me or does she looks like a Greek Statue in the beginning stages
I love how he’s able makes his own unique, fashionable, and beautiful version of an iconic character while still keeping the most well known elements present in the doll 💗
Alaniisok Tosomeextent awee thank you so much :)
Honestly? The ornate pattern ended up being my favorite aspect of the doll. So i was happy that the technique worked out!
Also? If we don't count Disney Afternoon villains or later year Disney Channel characters... I would say Ratigan is my favorite. That FLAIR. Just walks in with pride, in every sense of the word, and owns the scene.
Yass, Ratigan is amazing
The most beautiful Ursula doll I've ever seen. Her body, her face, her details are so well done and beautiful.
Wish she were real I just want to hug her and never let her go. I feel like she would have some amazing stories or myths to tell and songs to sing and I would listen and sit with her for hours
Ariel: I wanna be human for my true love!
Ursala: You want to leave behind a life of royalty, your friends, and your family for a stranger who gave you a half-assed smile. Honey, you don't need legs, you need self-esteem.
(Slightly changed from the comic made by The Red Dot on Instagram!!)
Yzma is the best Disney villian hands down. I mean, she has outfit changes.
Clara Cupcakes and Kuzco takes the prize for best Disney princess
Most GORGEOUS doll you've ever done!
“She’s not real any way”
Ursula: - gasp- the only thing not real about me is this! - pullsof prosthetic tentacle and throws it-
XD
Rpdr reference? lmaoooo love it
eggs&Bekfast 0
That's even funnier if you know octopus mating XD (I only know cause I have truly weird "random facts" in my head)
😂 oh my god yes
This doll is truly a Hextian masterpiece.
HeXtian takes some poor unfortunate dolls, in pain, in need, and does he help them? Yes he does
😂😂
Yasss bich
Yes indeed😊
I love seeing all your work on such a beautiful product! Your attention to detail is amazing! It really inspires me to try out all your sculpting techniques!
My favorite villain is probably Hades because of all his snark, but I love the live action Maleficent SO MUCH!
Favorite Disney villain has to be Hades I know he’s a lot of people’s favorite
Honestly I don’t like the Disney Hades but I like the Greek mythology Hades so half correct?
@@OneOhEff same, he is probably the most rational and morally okay out of the Gods, especially compared to his direct siblings
When you like scar and not hades

"You're here, I'm queer-"
*chokes on grape*
(It's my first time here, so that was a great way to start my day. 😅😁😂)
Your name xD
That name explains my mental stability. Its SHATTERED!!!! 😭 But looking at this, brings me back to life.
yes I did die today thank you for noticing oh god this should be my senior quote
Welcome to the doll art cult my friend.
Him: *starting to explain the concept*
Me: "ok this will be fun"
Him: *showing upper half of the doll*
Me: *surprised Pikachu face*
Aww 😂
First of all, I'm jealous of your perfect eye makeup! I love this doll! Truly a work of art! Ursula is my favorite because I love her song, I love the way she moves. I love her sass! I also have a thing for octopuses. I love the way the move and change colors, I love how they sacrifice for their babies, how clever they are, I love how if they lose a tentacle, they can grow them back and I just find them amazing! I also love Maleficent! I mean, she's gorgeous and can turn into a dragon! 💘
I feel like Ursula's outfit and make up is something you would see in an Opera.
Ice Queen Wand true
And that stolen voice from Ariel- defo.
Opera on the sea
Marie Antoinette: let them eat cake
Ursula : let them eat sea weed
Your not the real real princess...are you😑
Let them eat fish cakes?

Horse Lover533 depends on who you ask
U should do a series of ur on take on disney villains, with ur style and everything. I love this Ursula!!❤❤❤
YES
YES!
This is a great suggestion!! (YESSSSSS)
Yes please!
PLEASE DO IT
I love Hades...? Hes kinda funny.
He’s not kinda funny.. he’s very funny
@@Ocyeanic_683 AMEN!
The amount of sass in hades makes him iconic😂
not to mention compared to his brothers, he actually respects women.
@@jules6578 indeed he does
I love the way her eyes have that green and yellow color...and her tenticles have so much ditails and so much shading on it, her hair is so stunning.....Im Speachless it just so WOW!
Awee thank you so much :)
@@HeXtian your welcome!!:-D
I can literally hear her going "Ohohohohohohoho!!" in the condescending female anime antagonist type of way.
Hahahah maybe even an “ara ara” from time to time lol
@@HeXtian yes😭✋
I believe you say Whis from dragon ball super huh
Your work and commentary is a joy to watch and listen to. Your work is WONDERFUL!!!! Thank you for sharing your passion!!
Hades, Ursula, Queen of Hearts, and Dr Facilier
My faves 💜
Mine is claude frollo and mother gothel
Same, except instead of the queen of hearts it’s maleficent and scar
This is why we don’t put our laptops and water close together
HeXtian hammering the dolls tail brought back memories from that challenge where you would just hammer and polish an aluminum foil ball to make it look like a really pretty, perfect and neat silver ball 😂
HeXtian: putting pearlx powders on Madame Du Ursula’s skin
Literally me irl: ✨✨✨Yass gimme that shine!! SHINE QUEEN SHINEEEEE!!✨✨✨
Btw thx for the heart 😆❤️✨✨✨
I felt that 😂😂
@@queenrayna 😂😂😂
Rachell M its called japanese foil ball
something like that
I love her she looks so DRAMATIC I LOVE IT
I would love it if you did a Disney heroines line. I could only shiver with excitement at what your version of Megera or Esmeralda or Tinkerbell would be.
For realll an esmeralda doll would be so amazing
TINKERBELL
She looks like she just stepped out of the Phantom of the opera or just the opera.
Lol ya! She looks like madame carlota a little bit!
Anime_Gamer_Girl 03 I’ve seen it live twice and primadona is in it. I know it’s the wrong era but I thought the design was a little similar. But your totally right about the era. ❤️
I feel like she's a goddess and her parents are Poseidon and Aphrodite
That would be interesting because I'm p sure Triton is the son of Posedion, isn't he? That would make them related which would be neat
@@jayc.9713 Yeah he is, if i'm not wrong, there is a official book about Ursula's backstory, but i haven't read it yet
Tia Roach Truuuuueeeeee
@@jayc.9713 yeah In the little mermaid she is supposed to be Triton's sister that was cast out of atlantas and turned into the "monster" others saw her as
Triton is Poseidons son which is neat and if those were her parents they would be related
My fav disney villain has to be scar... he's like the one that enjoys being so evil you know
I can't even imagine how much people will pay for this. It's crazy how much work you put in to it. The finished product is truly outstanding workmanship, worth a true treasure. I just adore your work &you my darling. 💜💚
I would sell my kidney just to see this masterpiece in real life once. It's pure beauty 😭💖
I literally have a brain surgery to buy this🧠
I will literally have a brain surgery to see this in a doll store 🧠👨⚕
😂🤣HAHAHA
I think this is one of the best dolls you've ever created, the concept and all the details on it are superb! Also, you have some impressive sculpting skills!
The way the pearlex powder is layer almost looks like white freckles on her cheeks which is super cute
This is literally so amazing! She lowkey kinda reminds me of the witch who helped women in Versailles by giving them love potions, poisons and herbal remedies. Honestly, imagine if The Little Mermaid was based in Rococo era France? Beautiful work!
This reminds me of Marie Antoinette, you are so talented.
This is soooo beautiful. I love that he kept her curvy cause whenever I see people making Ursula ‘pretty’ they make her skinny
Personally, I love Cruella. She was the most terrifying to me when little, because she was the most real. She wasn’t a witch, or a dragon, etc. She was a real human. She also just wanted to kill the pups for a coat. Not because they wanted to rule the kingdom, or get revenge on someone, she just wanted a coat. Also, she was the most stylish
I'm sorry but killing puppies for coat is actually cruel... But I guess that's why they call her Cruella 😅
I was never really afraid of Cruella, but I see where your coming from. I thought that she was the evilest, for the same reason. She was willing to kill puppies for fashion.
😘😘
Dalmatians was my favorite movie growing up! And while I do like Cruella, she's not my favorite Disney villain.
I hate Cruella. She tried to murder puppies. I want her to die. I like Ursula more, more evil and less crazy.
By far one of the best costume dolls I've EVER seen here on UA-cam, or anywhere else for that matter. Absolutely beautiful work :)
Ursula is so iconic, I love seeing how flawless she is, and MAN she was like the first drag represented in a cartoon
Edit: now that I finish watching the video, can we just talk About how thoughtful it was on the part of hextian to place the warning of Tripophobia in the video? I really appreciate how you care about us! I love your art style and she is so stunning, I am literally dying, she's not a doll, she's a master piece!!! ❤️❤️
