Kenyan legal positions and Ugandan legal positions are extremely similar. There is very little difference. However, u must be specific to exactly what u want for me to help you. For example Akin contracts an engineering firm along with other professionals to put up an office block. Due to some constraints they agree to revise terms and come to new terms but even at that, the project is complete but there are arrears pending. Akin claims a different figure from the contractors. They sue over the dispute and the court has to establish which are the final figures owed to each as per their percentages. The court rules in favour of the contractors. Am assuming there are properties attached just incase Akin does not pay.
