Idea for the muscle ladies: you should make like a bunch of tests to find out the durability, such as being put inside of a blender, oven, and being placed on a firework and the last one remaining survives is going inside of 25-ville.

Hey, a tip for the future. If you don’t like using a scale, look at the numbers on the bottom QR code of the box, every character has a unique set of numbers. Hope this is helpful

Wait a minute I have an idea: make 25- ville an entire VR themed experience for the gamer girls(as like the actual players avatars)then just put the extra characters as NPC for your different MOC as different levels. Then just do the figures you didn’t get clones of as like mini-bosses or special/important NPC’s.
Also my favourite character is the Vampire lord as I love vampires in general and that one is honestly extremely well made.
As for names for these characters here are some suggestions:
The vampire lord - Basil Von Carstien
The Gamer girl - Jesse
The gym lady - Ursh
The train kid - Edward or Ed for short
The noir detective - Clouseau and/or Constantine
The mushroom girl - Milly, Maddy, Meave
The harpy(s) - Nyx and her sister Meg
The barbarian woman - Barda
The goatherder - Arnold and his goat Gerald
The Triceritops costume guy - Tom, Thomas, Tommo or/and Thompson

i say embrace the duplicates, maybe the story of 25-ville could involve evil clones? Maybe an army of muscle ladies?
Especially if if he gets another gamer girl, he can have her play a game and get sucked into the duplicates
For the weight lifter, since you have so many duplicates, you could give her the same struggles as Ty Lee from Avatar the Last Airbender. She could be part of a group of identical sisters who look and act the same and she wants to be her own person.
The gamer girl duplicates could be the other members in her team.

The weight lifter is one of the more common or least wanted ones in the series I think, I noticed if you buy her online she's cheaper than most of the other figures in the series. For example I saw her for $10 when the harpy was like $12 and vampire knight $20. My theory is if the figure is more popular it will probably cost more to get individually.

My favorites for this one are the Train Kid and Film Noir Detective.
For the Train Kid, I think you should name him C.J. after Casey Jones, the most famous engineer in US railroad history. And maybe for his video, you could try to make several different LEGO builds of real life trains kind of like how you did all those boats and ships for 23-ville.
And for a piece of advice, if you want to make some your train builds look more realistic, I suggest you get some custom pieces from Big Ben Bricks LLC who makes custom driving wheels and TrainedBricks who does side rodes, both of which really come in handy for when you're making LEGO steam locomotives.

Weightlifter Woman: Cary (as a reference to Terry!)
Gamer Girl: Gwen (continuing the G part of her alias)
Train Kid: Thomas (the reference is fairly obvious)
Detective: Sherlock (also an obvious reference)
Vampire Knight: Drac (yet another fairly obvious one)
Harpy: Greek (a reference to, well, Greece and its mythology)
Dog Groomer: Amelia (I don't know why)
Mushroom Girl: Pixie (I also don't know why)
Goat Farmer: Gerald (It just sounds fitting)
Barbarian Girl: Scarlet the II (the descendant of Scarlet, the Black Falcon girl, who turned to the orcs)

Here’s an idea: using all of the duplicates you have, make the story all of the minifigures fighting off the duplicates (clones) and the finale will be them fighting a clone of the strongest Minifigure in the wave (you decide who)

Maybe the storyline for 25 vile could be about people getting replaced by clones by an unknown party and it's up to the detective and the train kid to find out who's doing this lol

For the whole series you could have it seem like a unknown thing is cloning everyone because of all the duplicates and the other has to stop them because the clones are evil.

Idea: The goat farmer is the older version of acorn boy (or kid I don't remember) and mushroom girl is his daughter
It’s going to be entertaining to see the story implications for the duplicates.
Suggestions for each minifig:
The weight lifter: Make like a gym or something that she is the owner of
Gamer person: you should make like a gaming tournament because there’s also the Lego gaming truck that could go with it.
Train kid: either a toy store or a train
Detective: a detective office built all in black and white (got the idea from @jackdejarnatt5698’s comment)
Batlord/Vampire: Maybe a haunted house with other haunted mini figs or a bat cave
Harpee: A mythical world or something idk
Dog groomer: A pet shop with stuff like snakes, dogs, cats, fish, etc or more minifig related a dog hotel. (Also pretty sure the dog is a Borzoi.)
Mushroom girl: A little mushroom house (I know you already did it) and you should make the mushroom boy her brother.
Goat farmer: A petting zoo? I don’t really have a good idea
Sword person: a battle arena with swords and stuff
Dinosaur: Like the 24 ville one you should make a prehistoric world
The runner guy: (the one you don’t have) Maybe like a triathlon or a marathon with a bunch of different people?
To use all of the gamer girl figs, you could turn them into a team of gamers and she's the captain.
The train boy would also be my fav. I also needed one of thise eyepatches, thanks LEGO :D

The glue used to seal the boxes is messing with your weights since the amount and/or type of glue used can be different.
My plan to buy an entire box to not have to bother with the weighing still seems like a hood idea. The frustration is palpable 😅
I bought 2 boxes from Legos website. No dupes and got the complete set. In fact the last couple series have been the same for me. Seems like bad luck going to the stores and picking through them. Lol
Luckily, at my Lego stores they sorted them out and give you the one you ask for.
hey i have an idea:
Use the duplicates as a clones made by a mysterious person that were made to capture the original and take its place!
Maybe considering that you have so many duplicates, you could make a device that creates doubles of characters, however the duplicates turn against the originals. Maybe the person behind it all could be the Paralympian who is Terry’s twin brother as a call back to the unforgettable 22 ville.
You could call one of the detectives Thompson and the other one Thomsom (reference to The TinTin series), also you could make a sort of murder mystery kind of thing for their episode.
I picked up 11 yesterday and only got ones I wanted. I used the weight method but I also accounted for possible extra parts such as an extra cheese and stick for the goatherd. I have kept the boxes and will check the QR codes just in case I decide to get more.

For the Gamer Girl, maybe call her Mya. You could build a somewhat decent house, but it is all detailed, and she is constantly trying to win. Also like you did with the figure skating champion, make her a gaming youtube channel, since we need more funny things like that.

i love that lego give extra pieces, but when you cant feel them anymore and instead have to weigh them it feels like theyre adding more extras than usual on purpose so that you have to buy even more since the weights arent even an indicator you can use now :((

I have an idea for this new town and like the last one it should involve time travel. Here me out: in many shows, movies and books when there is time travel it usually causes duplicates of people being created, which the CW show The Flash⚡️calls time remnants; or as they are known in the Loki show, variants. With The train boy this can be used like Doc Brown’s steam powered time train like in back to the future.
So my idea is the fitness lady (who I think should be named Anjelica or Peggy) is trying to be the best and she uses the train to go back so she can become a better athlete when she’s younger. But she’s so determined to be the best and strongest that she keeps trying again and again until several variants of her are running around. So you could use the she hulk figure who is a version of her that used to gamma rays to become strong and another version could be a giga chad. Bottom line because she is so Desperate to change the past like Zurg in the Pixar lightyear movie, that bad things begin to happen.
The other minifigures you have duplicates of could accompany her on her adventure for their own reasons of wanting to change the past. The mushroom girl goes back to a point where The acorn boy hasn’t become old yet, so that she has the chance to share her feelings for him, because she never got the courage to before.
With all this time travel going on, reality starts to break down and fracture as multiple versions of the past president and future all start to begin to coexist in the same moment. Kind of similar to Fortnite chapter 1 season X.

Idea, for the finale, you should make whoever the villain is make a clone factory, because what’s a cmf-ville without a factory, to make evil clones of all the figures to take over the city, and then big final battle
Maybe the mushroom girl is the mushroom boys sister making her the youngest out of siblings maybe her artifact didn't get stolen and shes just young forever and her brothers are like her grandpas age or there grandpa age lol
The scale trick is alright but whatever pieces it feels on it can vary since one piece could not be on the bottom of the same box it is
It doesn't matter where in the box the piece is. As long as it is in the valid area of the scale and not held up by anything other than things in the area, the weight will be the entire box with contents

I have an annoying story similar to this about duplicates: my first lego series thingy character was from the Halloween series and my first was the skeleton guy and i thought the guy was lame and about a week later i got another bag, CHECKED IT to make sure it was diffrent aaaand smegging same one i then was unable to get any more bags because money issues untill series 25

There is another way to know what figures are inside, if the box has a big QR code (not the smaller one) you can scan it and the first number will corelate to a specific figure. It's not on every box but the ones that do have it make it a little easier.

Series idea, i think it should start in one of 2 realms, the mystical realm and the real realm, the mystical realm is full of unrealistic creatures like the mushroom head kid and the wear wolf, the real rely has like the gammer and workout lady, i think that would be a cool idea

IDEA : pair the HARPY with the CMF MEDUSA (and maybe the Monster Mermaid from the Harry Potter set, even though it's not CMF) and you can imagine goofy stuff like they are in a litterature club or something like that, having to read Homer's Odyssey for months but they only care about eating and chatting (like a real litterature club)
The first three you got were the exact same ones I got on my first three in a different order though.

Just bought 3 of these using the QR code scan trick. And even though I wanted the herder and goat, that one was not in the box. The other 3 where exactly the ones I wanted. So the code scanning works! There is even an app (only for apple I think) that show a picture of what is inside. OTher three I wanted were gamer Girl, Toad and the dino.
Hey, I'm kind of new to the whole Lego scene. I was trying to figure how Lego's minifigures collectible work in terms of release and stuff. Is it like a once every couple months? Or Every half a year? Some insight would be appreciated!

For the dinosaur costumes you can make Jurassic park, you know park with dino, and the people in costumes could be staff…in costumes, and Diego could came by Time Machine (don’t know how) and work in the park. This idea was the first that was in my head for the dino man…
