fun fact! - the vitruvius' staff pieces on the green ship at 17:53 were first introduced as "moonstone" elements that came in the 2012 monster hunters sets! it's a shape that happens to resemble vitruvius' half-eaten lollipop staff from the movie quite well, hence the element being used for the lego movie sets.
also, the "clock hand" piece at 30:06 on the time machine is a blade element that was attached under the old ninjago spinners!

30:08 the clock arm piece is actually a little attachable blade to the 2nd version of Ninjago spinners! The first ones were smooth on the bottom, but the 2nd ones had more of a step design and technic pins on the bottom allowing you to attach 3 half pin accessory pieces, and those clock arms were one of the options
And the outer dish is from the Golden Mech (and the "fancy wagon wheel" piece is from G2 Bionicle, where it was part of Ekimu's shield.)
I love the dedication to keeping the pilot safely in the seat even while making a sick barrel roll 😂❤👍

What about adding some Wheels onto the Ships?
I noticed you used a Tile with Jumper on the Blue Submarine Ship to hold the periscope what about a Tile with Pin (2460) instead it should be a stronger/Better connection than the Jumper Plate & you might be able to rotate it around

Why not try a Car factory like they pump out those shell Lego cars from back in the day. I got myself the whole collection when I was really young. Shame those were discontinued but I can understand why.
