- one of my all time favs hot with ice cream. great budget dessert. recipe written below.
pre heat oven 180 degrees C
square cake tin with baking paper
2 cups self raising flour sifted
1 cup caster sugar
1 can crushed pineapple in syrup use whole can around 420g
2 table spoons malibu optional
shredded or dessicated coconut on top optional
slivered or flaked almonds on top optional
bake 30 mins cool for 5 mins before taking out tin
eat hot or cold

What was the size of the crushed pineapple can? I only see like 20oz. can here in the US
around 420 g which is about 15oz I think xo
