The combat felt "too" realistic and violent. I actually liked GTA V returning to a more cartoony vibe, but in hindsight, both are excellent. I booted up 4 for the first time since maybe 2009 recently and was surprised by how well the world, game, and dark humor held up.

There's something in GTA 4 and 5 world that i can't have in Cyberpunk 2077. EVen after so many updates free roaming really turns me off in cp2077. SLeeping Dogs and GTAs will be forever fav city roaming games.

You're not going to be able to keep it floored around the corner and expect the car to turn it's going to push and break loose or in real life the brakes are not gonna stop when you're driving fast and want to slow for a turn in a split second. I like it better then 5 it is a challenge and you have to know the limits of the car you are in on braking and turning. Once you get used to it then it's better then GTA 5 but only thing it's all city so you can't just floor it and have to actually drive the vehicle.
Although this isn't running on unreal engine 5 it still looks awesome, I'm actually porting the map for gta 4 into unreal 5 at the moment, got a bit of it done so far. also looking into porting nico and his animation sets over to ue 5 as well might take a while yet lmao 🤣🤣

Seeing Liberty City in GTA 5 light makes the city so much more vibrant and lifelike
There is some, but it is almost always grainy looking and very drab. I get the graphical limitations of the time, but I think as an aesthetic choice, it seemed improper because NYC does have days where it is beautiful. Even in the winter, it can be very bright. My only gripe with the game is how dark they made NYC, which doesn't do the city justice for it's beauty

It uses the same engine as 5 that’s why he’s able to use gta 5s cars whether or not he changed the movement physics of the engine to 5s idk but this is fucking stellar no matter how you flip it with people wanting something fresh in the gta verse there’s no reason they shouldn’t have done this over the trilogy like I would pay 40 bucks for this all day. If you do an update to gta5 online using this map as a sandbox even with maybe a few properties would have been enough to buzz up the community for the years leading up to 6 but no they dropped the fucking trilogy
