how my physical asana yoga practice pulled my spiritual practices together + changed my life

In this video I share how a particularly difficult practice today gave me a perspective shift and an outlook about how much my physical practice has helped me to reprogram my subconscious mind, to be more flexible in my life, to focus deeper in meditations and overall amplified my other spiritual practices.
