Most brutal hits were the ones that broke the winning streak of the 49ers and Eagles
Would like to see Steve Smith Sr. as a in game sideline reporter. Having him asking coaches questions and reporting on injuries would be a must watch.
11:30 Aaron Donald, #99, for the LA Rams catches Douds and pile drives his poor head right into the ground. No wonder these players get CTE. It’s hopeless for the tiny QB!
1:12 Perfectly legal hit. They need a sky judge to overturn these types of plays. Literally gave Cleveland the win!!!
Nah not legal at all
@tripzn5907 perfectly legal. Clean hit, bad call.
The niners could’ve just made the kick
@@tripzn5907 where the fuck does the defender need to go? disappear into nothing?
@@peytonmadden3511 yeah but it's more fun to bitch about the refs
I understand the helmet to helmet hits but those clean hits to the body shouldn’t be getting flagged. That’s literally the shit I’d do every game when I played in high school, if you can’t make it to the ball you make sure the receiver can’t hold on to it
I'm fine if they throw the flag, but the sky refs need to be more involved in those plays and tell the refs whether or not it actually is and be willing to pick it up. A few of those this weekend should have been picked up but were not, but during the heat of the action, I can't really blame the refs for throwing it in the first place. It's all happening so fast I don't know if I could blame them for at least thinking it was illegal.
You, completely missing the fact that you gave people irreparable brain damage
@@Orphim the problem is the refs have to call what they see on the field, they don’t get to wait for input from the higher ups. The league just keeps limiting what defense can do because the big splash offensive plays are what draw in an audience
@@PcCAvioNAs well as damaging his own brain too.
There was a lot of huge hits this week
not compared to the previous eras
@@patek9789comparision breeds discontentment...
@@patek9789before was different I can’t really compare since I never watched games before the 2010ish…..
@@patek9789You obviously can’t blame that on the players tho, as you can see they are hitting but the refs wanna throw a flag at everything
"Defenseless Receiver" is just another way of saying what used to be called getting your WR's killed. Except squeezing the ball in to an oncoming defender wasn't praised back then, you got benched if you kept doing it.
Qb’s throwing shit hospital passes and get free 1st downs at the cost of CTE of his receiver. Great leaders on the teams for sure🤡
Austin Collie could probably sue Peyton Manning for all the times he got blasted over the middle trying to catch those passes😂😂
I’m seeing Kyle Hamilton looking a lil helmet to helmety. This concerns me for my lions… don’t wanna see him do no dirty shit this week
@@JTLifestyle1drama queen recievers play football cupcake
That Tracy walker III hit was so fuckin textbook it’s unreal just a big old shoulder to shoulder smash. Same with the Craig Reynolds block. Love my lionssss
We’re finally up man. I LOVE to see it🤧🤧
Watching it live was crazy
of course a gay like you would like the lions
@@AuthorizedUnderCIA woah watch your language little man! Not cool!
@@AuthorizedUnderCIA a gay? Really?
love how number 14 of the ravens got 2 clips of him hitting straight to the head and mr agk is over here saying "just playing the game and gets ejected"
There shouldn’t be any ejections for a football act, period.
dawg, these athletes are human too. They gotta protect them sometimes. That helmet to helmet messes people up.@@AlexCentury
Take their helmets away and turn this into a man's game like rugby
@@user-qr7ee2cp4y id love to see you play football with no helmet
@@AlexCentury your delusional tbh you just want people to do seriously bad shit and injure others for the fun of it
Best block of the year goes to Craig Reynolds! So nasty! And that hit by Tracy Walker too! These Lions players are dawgs!
Wow, very big hit is a penalty...
If they were calling *some of these hits in the 70's, 80's, 90's, & early 2000's...we wouldn't have as many defensive players in the Hall of Fame.💯
miss the league when they just played on
Those helmet to helmet shots are scary af especially when you see a player concussed and they have no idea where they are.
The players of the 60's, 70's 80's n 90's were like that every play. That's why the NFL became so popular. Not hardly worth watching now.
They need to just start playing flag. Every hit is a flag
All of those were good football hits. A man's sport
NFL is starting to turn into the nba.
4:14 you can hear a player say, “We bodying ‘people’ out here, man!”
Menace 😭💀
Most of these players would not have survived in the NFL of the 70's/80's. I understand what they are doing (CTE) and I was glad to see them actually pick up the flag on one of those hits. That flag for "roughing the qb" on Josh Allen was bogus.
Ironically they would survive… but later in life commit Suicide or a Deteriorating quality of life
Sad, but true. @@WalterWhite-sm2dr
I understand players cannot hit helmet to helmet but sometimes offensive player lower their helmet and get hit and they get the call. Also this games is become more of just offensive game and defense cannot do anything of it.
Disagree, defense has been dominant this season. Ex. Cleveland v. San Fran and Cinci v. Seattle.
No question about the first one. He launched himself and aimed for his head.
@@TheHammer89 Skyline view from the other side showed that it was shoulder to shoulder on the Browns vs 49ers game. Not sure why it wasn't shown here, but they broadcasted the replay in slow motion on live broadcast. The slow motion showed that, the build up to the hit, 31 moved himself to the side to make sure it wasn't helmet to helmet. It was a clean legal hit.
@@TheHammer89There is still a question though. The flag I get, but not the ejection.
In college, arbitrary "targeting" calls by refs can get you thrown out for one foul like this, but the NFL is a two strike system. Two in one game, that is, and that's Hamilton's first flag like that in his career lol. Fine and flag, sure, but the ejection was unwarranted.
The worst part is they are teaching players how to draw these penalties. I have a buddy that spent several practices a week just working on drawing penalties. Dropping your helmet at the last second and whatnot. It’s dirty and improper.
NFL 2023: all offensive players just have to drop their heads at all times to get free first downs. Fucking joke of a sport now.
That niner call....Those refs had money on the Browns 100%
Thanks again homie. Another banger
RIP defenses man. Handicapped now a days
Just don’t hit players in the head, it’s that simple.
@@lordforgivemeforiamazynnereven when they clearly hit shoulder/torso some refs are bitches and call a foul
@@lordforgivemeforiamazynner Found the person who has never played football as defense before
@@3ndeavor I mean he’s right tho they just don’t want head collisions but these refs man..they call everything
@@jaquaveonandress649 even in high school football it's really hard to not hit a player in the head. It is instinct to curl up and put your head down before getting hit, thus offensive players will always drop their heads down before collision. As defense, you basically have to just get hit and wrap up the ball carrier. You essentially cannot have momentum, which limits how quickly and at which angles you can approach the ball carrier. Also, ball carriers have no limits as to how hard they can hit the defense, and if the OFFENSIVE player initiates head to head contact then it's the defensive players' fault, as explained by the first thing I said. Thus, it's nearly impossible to "just not hit players in the head" and still play good defense.
I get not wanting head injuries because it makes the NFL look bad, but you're playing AND watching the wrong sport if you're worried about getting head injuries.
So hitting a player too hard is a foul now? What's the defense supposed to do?
Train better. Period.
@@spdcrzywtf are you talking about
wrap your arms around him then set him down gently on a pillow
There’s no reason to give someone cte when you can tackle them more safely
It’s not that they hit them to hard it’s more about helmet to helmet and the receiver can’t protect themselves
that first one was wild....
Niners Browns game was a pure refball, change my mind
1:54 for an older man, this dude was showing his biceps big time. Gotta give credit 👍👍
4:11 “Fuck wrong with y’all, We body dudes out here man”. 😂😂😂😂
That call against the 9ers was one of the most BS calls I've ever seen
Great call if u hate the niners
@@peacebestill2653 It's still a bad call. Even the announcers thought it was a bad call.
Won Cleveland the game.. Otherwise, they'd have to punt there.
You obviously haven't watched any big 12 football recently. 7 games this season alone have been directly decided by horrible or missed calls.
@@xenogears5177After that play, the Browns put a drive together and kicked a field goal... unlike the 49ers.
at least they picked up the godwin hit
Like I always say just cause he hit hard don’t mean it’s a foul/penalty
Let's take a moment to honor all the players that died this week from the hard hits
Refs destroying the game with bs calls.
You know the Cleveland zebra had money on the Browns.
That hit against the seattle receiver looked clean to me bro even said he lead with his shoulder.....
From a guy that seen most of these hits live FOOTBALL IS BACK BABY 🎉🔥🔥
People talking about "this is a pass heavy league"
DB's "lol bet" 💀💀
*we goin two hand touch soon* 🤦♂️
or robot refs , th game just too fast .
Josh allen the lebron james of football, flops all around
NFL hated on 49ers Gipson an all pro safety smh
You cannot launch at an defenseless receiver. Not even from one foot. He did that. That’s a new emphasis on the illegal hit rule now. He should have stayed on the ground and run through the defender.
not really didn't you hear what dean said "its a legal hit"@@sonofmiriam
as they should
@@anthonysalmeron3823 Rule 12 Sec 2 Article 9 states “illegally launching into a defenseless opponent. It is an illegal launch if a player (i) leaves both feet prior to contact to spring forward and upward into his opponent, and (ii) uses any part of his helmet to initiate forcible contact against any part of his opponent’s body. (This does not apply to contact against a runner, unless the runner is still considered to be a defenseless player, as defined in Article 7.)
They tweaked this rule this past off season to include one foot off the ground to launch as a personal foul.
@@sonofmiriam so you’re saying you know more about the NFL rule than the one who’s making them ?? Funny
Thumbnail is jacked yo
Without hits and aggression it isn't football.
First hit should’ve resulted in a suspension. Absolutely targeted , made no attempt to go low.
And this is why flag football is now in the Olympics.
Wow they are definitely seem to be a lot more strict on this kind of stuff now, I've watched a few big hits from like 5+ years ago and no one gave a damn. It was football, you got hit, the game moved on.
It's not just "hits" helmet to helmet is a major situation. Players careers have ended and been seriously hospitalized from helmet to helmet hits.
@@Dabx30who cares its literally part of the game, if you dont wanna get hurt dont play the game its that simple
I can smell the sweat dripping off your beer gut@@WheeliesAREus
@@WheeliesAREus That is a small-minded shortsighted way to think. These are people, doing a job, and you don't have to hit like that and risk permanent injury to do it. Smashing someone's face in by targeting the head shouldn't be "part of the game". You have to view the players as people. They aren't characters on a TV show with special effects and stuntmen.
with all that being said, it's their decision to play football at the end of the day. if they don't want contact, there's flag football. no one forced them to make millions of dollars a year to play football in the NFL. the general population has more dangerous jobs that do not get the pay, recognition, and fame that these athletes get. in life, every job or decision has a tradeoff, and this is one of the tradeoffs/sacrifices that these players have decided to make as youth/young adults to begin playing football@@5995Oblivion
that roughing call on Josh Allen was so bad bro. I'm not a fan of either team and could not believe they bailed the jets out there.
That hit on anyone but a quarterback doesn’t draw a flag. It shouldn’t have been called on that play though, quarterback or no. I bet Josh would tell you the same thing off the record. It’s getting so ridiculous.
Those original Buc's uniforms are ghastly.
They look great
I think they're gorgeous. Seattle's uniforms are ghastly.
@@thecawdsquad875 okay buddy🤣
So all the offense has to do is lower their head and they get the yards.
Bring back the 90s!
The comment section is insane 😂 people are like "So what if he gets CTE? Just get good!" 🤣
We need to start seeing suspensions for dirty hits like the one Hamilton did. He had 2 dirty hits that game
Ferries in the NFL wont stop till it's flag football.
I hate when you see an offensive guy giving the flag motion after the defense makes a big hit. Those offensive guys celebrate and are so cocky when they make a big play but then when the defense makes a big hit they are whining and trying to get a flag thrown.
NYG played dirty
Love your video
Kyle turning into ed reed
Great play by him. Trash league now
@@bloodorange6713first: defenseless reciever
second: launches into the air to initiate contact on said defenseless receiver
third: leads with crown to hit said defenseless receiver
fourth: hits the defenseless players helmet with crown
fifth: cries about the call
I’ve been hit a lot of times one here. I got a concussion. Another hit , I broke my leg another hit , I broke my arm.
You got helmet and shoulder pads, no such thing as defenseless. Maybe crown of helmet on a player, if it’s malicious. This is football baby!
surprised the NFL isn't switching to flag football with a lot of these rules and soft calls
I think it will eventually
I miss when football was really football
Sometimes u gotta jus hit a dude n let him know
NFL: don't hit other players' heads with your head
NFL players: head first into somebody's head
Offenses getting bailed out because bad QBs are throwing hospital balls
This shit is so soft now
on the chris moore play , he definitely got hurt from his head hitting that hard ass turf
I think he got hurt from the 220 pound man spear heading his ear hole.
The offense is defenseless and the defense is offended.
first play bro got hit and was still calling for the ball
Player's bodies have evolved since the first game of football was played over 100 years ago, and they will certainly continue to evolve. I see the future defensive players as having no neck or heads at all. They will go out on the field with no helmet. Just legs, arms and shoulder pads. That seems to be what is required to make a tackle these days. They can't remove their own heads before the tackle, so evolution should eventually get rid of it.
I’m nearly done with football.
Man the hoeing the defense fr🤦🏽♂️🤦🏽♂️
4:13 i know im not the only one that heard that
Some of these calls are ridiculous you can clearly see they aren’t intentional and couldn’t be avoided unless you let the WR can the ball and make a move first? They should have someone up strairs reviewing these flags bcs there is literally nothing some of these defenders can do bcs the offensive player ducks or moves last minute. Offense players lead with their helmets all day it’s BS.
If they keep this up its flag football in 3 years
They have made shoulder pads so small over the years that helmets are going to hit on every play
I really think bringing back bigger pads would help slow players down enough to minimize impact damage. It would also give them more surface area to hit that isn't the head or helmet.
will someone please help chris moore up and give him a hand? bro is reaching up and noone is helping bro out
Aaron Donald 💪
Tune in NFL 2025 when its officially National Flag Football League.
1:20 idk that looks like a shoulder to head hit to me good call on the refs part I’m all for defense hitting the offense hard but as someone whose taken blind side helmet to helmet hits resulting in severe concussion I can wholeheartedly say that head hits shouldn’t be allowed even if accidental
I really think that the FBI should launch an investigation on a possible relationship between the NFL Officials and the Gambling Industry!
Alot of these hits resulted in brain damage and this is just one week lol what a game tho
Might as well make football touch ball. This is impossible to dictate.
Unless "brutal" has a new meaning, this should only be about 2 min long
I haven't watched a single game in almost 2 years and this is why....tackling-15 yards
Exactly this is why College Football is better than the NFL the NFL have gotten way soft‼️
Bullshit officiating and needing seperate services to watch an entire season makes watching NFL a truly aggravating experience
The rules that have been adopted in the past few decades completely contradict the REASON this sport found it necessary to wear protective gear on the head. That makes no sense. The only option to prevent injuries in this sport is to eliminate the sport entirely. It makes no sense to protect the bodies with padding and then create rules that protect players because the sport is too violent. If the sport is that violent, eliminate the sport. DON'T PENALIZE THE PLAYERS FOR PARTICIPATING IN THE CONTACT THAT THE GAME REQUIRES.
Going to have to rename it the PFL.
Hard for defensive players. Split decisions
Tampa needs to go back to their classic uniforms.
5:30 clean like wtf
Lotta these were clean. Smh games changed. Got soft
Just thought, the plastic helmet go back to leather helmet with the mask. So that way, they won’t use the head to hit. My grandfather wore it in 1930’s. Everyone went home except some broke their noses.
THE GAME HAS CHANGED...
80'S FOOTBALL...
ALL OF THESE HITS ARE LEGAL, I'M JUST SAYING...
12:19 in bounds announcer says late hit🤣
Then they say it’s a “no call” 😂
I said the exact same thing, he hadn’t even touched the line yet, if you’re in between the white lines on the side, you’re gonna get hit, simple as that
lol how is Kyle standing there all shooked for being ejected from the game thinking he didn't just speared tackle head to head.
The 49ers player didnt do anything wrong.
NFL is changing the game… it’s football not soccer 💀
Chris Moore literally asking for help and his team just standing around him smh
Really? Defensive players already launched, WRs are the ones turning into it.
That roughing the passer call on Okereke was garbage. that was a clean hit
If these rules existed for the 2000's-2010's Ravens/Steelers rivalry, the game would be nothing but penalties.
Half of those hits weren't even penalties by today's standards Jack Lambert would be rolling in his grave
