Yet another recipe that's new to us! It looks delicious!! So, I noticed an icon that makes an appearance over your shoulder while you are at the cooktop, may I ask of which saint? Speaking of your cooktop, how do you keep it so spotless?? Finally, the filling will cool down even faster if you increase the surface area by spreading it out on a plate or on a baking sheet, although a plate is easier to wash. Finally the camera work is getting fancier and fancier with each video!!
It never seizes to amaze me the wonderful new dishes you discover when you visit different places in Greece. I love it! I hope you try and like this pie 😊You are so right about the cooling down of the filling! The cooktop is down to a good scrubbing with a sponge and just washing up liquid and water. Ah the icon…it’s not of a saint, it’s a little picture we bought in the Greek island of Skyros years ago.
