I don't know why I expected to have a "Once Upon a Time in Texaco pt.2" on this album after listening to pt.1 when the single dropped but I really want to hear the conclusion to that story. I would love to hear an Amigo the Devil concept album, maybe even with an accompanying short-film. I love his wordplay and the way his brain constructs vivid stories.
I cannot put into eloquent enough words to express how much I needed this album to exist at this point of my life. I hope that Danny sees the difference his music makes in this world. Some of us wouldnt be here anymore without him.

I've probably played Born Against 100 times, start to finish. I'm already going on about 5 listens to Yours Until the War is Over. Today the cannibal with in hits extra hard. We just lost my stepson to an overdose. Him and his dad had just started to mend their relationship and he chose to return to the addiction. He's gone but we're still here looking back trying to figure everything out.
Went to the Flogging Molly show in Montclair just to see ya'll opening! You're even better live...which no performers ever pull off!!! Flipping awesome. And on a more serious note; for everyone that can relate to this album medication and therapy has helped me a lot. Please reach out for help if you have thoughts of hurting yourself.

Wow. I just listened to this whole thing in one sitting and just. Wow. That’s all I can say. I was laughing during I’m Going To Heaven and Once Upon A Time In Texaco, but then just got HIT with The Mechanic and Garden of Leaving. And then the end of Closer gave me chills. Amazing album.

THIS IS SO AMAZING I loved cannibal within the most however the vibes of virtue and vitriol and Hanging by the roots is so lovely. I love how HIW different this album sounds from the older ones, esp with sounds and that stuff. I LOVED barrel and a staghorn even if it’s just a filler song it was so damn deep and gave me chills with the calls. I’m going to heaven SOUNDED SO FUN, especially with that voice effect it was so different and Im obsessed with it. It was also lovely to listen to Stray dog as an official song release I loved it so much. So excited to see them live on the 28th 🙌
I was at the PA show this past weekend, Amigo was unknown to me at that time, but he is amazing. He is funny, charming, and energetic on stage. And his actual ability to play live is top tier, along with the rest of the band. I am so thrilled to have been lucky enough to be introduced to them from a live performance. And if you ever have the chance, PLEASE go out of your way to see them live. You will not be disappointed.
