    Horse mackrel are amazing when fried.Chop their heads off,gut them,roll them in cornmeal,fry then until they become crunchy and their skins turn golden-brown,and then drown them in lemon juice.They don't get big,but they are really tasty and fun to catch on small sabiki rigs.

    I guys another highly entertaining video. Just a note on Smooth hounds in Ireland. We have in fact had them here since the mid 80's. There range was limited to the south east then but now days they are turning up further north along the east coast. Having said that they are still more or less localised along the east and south east. Oh and btw tub gurnard are an absolutely lovely table fish.

      nah they are fine. tried em myself. hust dont be an idiot and rip the hook out if their mouths as you set the hook. thats the fishermans mistake not the rods. you dont need to do much but lift the rod a bit to a bend to set the hook. thus when you think about it. you can use any rod for caro youd like

    Thank you

    • @TAFishing
      @TAFishing  7 років тому +3

      Listen,drugs are not optional once you cross the line...if you start there are very few who have the willpower to get off them. I've got through 60 years and never found the need to follow like sheep and take anything.I don't even take headache pills if I can help it.Some people just want to be accepted by others and if at all weak,drop into drugs.I have always wanted to be an individual,not just copy others . Don't worry about being "different"...the thing is you will probably live longer and have a more fulfilling life . If you have not been sucked into the black hole of drug taking then I take my hat off to you. It shows you are prepared ,and have the willpower to say "No,thanks"... There is an old saying.."Don't dance with the Devil"....Once you start even the smallest drug you are on the way to "Loserville". I just wish more people had the willpower and self esteem to keep well away from any form of drug.

    • @TAFishing
      @TAFishing  7 років тому +1

      We would do, but Graeme loves a camera that stays on auto settings and he doesn't have to play with any of the buttons. Unfortunately to get the right looking shot with a DSLR you often have to change the aperture, ISO and depth of field. Even though you can put the settings on auto, shots can get blown out quite easily. Plus the battery life on his camcorder is more superior and the zoom is better. I agree, a DSLR produces a much better shot and I prefer using them as you can see on the TA Outdoors channel. But I will be helping film more videos for TAFishing on this camera. Cheers - Mike

    why put them back, you should keep and eat a couple of the bass even though a little small as long it is mackerel size up wards then eat them, tasty, that rule of putting them back is crazy when trawlers and netters take out thousands a day, so who cares what one anglers catches, people who shout out - who preaches like priests to put bass back no matter what are sad
