- Chocolate Royal Icing Recipe:
5 tbsp Meringue Powder
3/4 cup of warm water
1/3 cup Dark or Black cocoa powder
2 lbs confectioner's sugar
1 tbsp corn syrup (optional)
Mix water with meringue powder until frothy. Sift the icing sugar and cocoa powder together and add gradually (2-3 parts) to the mixer bowl. Mix until thick and creamy. Tint with food coloring (optional) and/or thin the icing with small amount of water to reach the desired consistency.

Здравствуйте Надя , у меня вопрос как долго хранятся печенье? Спасибо вам за ваш труд ❤
Смотря как хранить. Я обычно не храню печенье больше недели без холодильника. Если заморозить, оно останется свежим и через несколько месяцев. Использую зип-лок пакеты и перекладываю печеньки бумажным полотенцем. Когда достаете пакет с печеньем из морозилки, не открывайте пакет и не оставляйте печенье на открытом воздухе в течении 6-8 часов, конденсат его подпортит, а если печенье уже с айсингом, конденсат его просто убьет и подправить не получится.
