Also, on Step B of the pre-enrollment application there is a gap asking "ID account at the chosen university" which I didn't understand. Do you know what this means?
The notarization/legalization process takes time. I suggest you submit the documents (diploma/transcript) in part C as they are, and then begin the process of obtaining DoV. If you are not enrolled, you do not have an ID account of the university, leave that part blank. If you made mistakes, university of choice will be able to re-open the application.

My original language is portuguese (Brazil). And also, i saw some v people saying that to be able to do the pre-enrollment u have to obtain an offer letter from the University you want, is that true? or is that only to courses with free access?
You should translate your documents to either english or Italian and photocopy to submit them for pre-enrollment. Legalization and notarization is not required for this step. I have never heard of the procedure of getting an offer letter. The sign up on universitaly website is available to complete. I am not sure of the deadline for pre-enrolment but I imagine it is coming up soon if it is not passed yet.
Each university is slightly different, however, most are looking over pre-enrollment application right now. You should receive an email with the confirmation of your enrolment very soon. I suggest you go on your university's website and find a document called "call for applications" and the deadlines will be stated there

The only papers required would be diploma and transcript so the papers that will be submitted to embassy and university should be in English or Italian. Most universities accept English!

So just to be clear, the only paperwork required for the pre-enrolment would be your diploma and your transcript? 2. As for the documents needed for the DOV, are we to "submit" this DOV somewhere after receiving it? And can I start applying for the DOV now (2021) even though the pre-enrolment stages would be in april-july (2022)
Hello, Im in italy and have citizenship in italy , But my secondary school diploma is from Sri Lanka and unfortunately I dont have anyways to get my transcript. I asked from the cimea and they said that its fine to show O levels and A levels as the transcript for the DOV, as it states the subjects I've done ,would it be alright to use it to the other legalizations? And I heard from the video but wanted to ask again should I also involve in the pre enrollment process? thank you Doc and awesome video .
Absolutely not, you may begin the process now. Submit the pre-enrollment online if you are non-EU, and immediately contact your nearest Italian embassy.

Hi! I will graduate this july and I won't recieve my official highschool diploma until August 2022. What should I do? Can I upload those documente even after the pre-enrollment due date has closed?
You can submit pre-enrollment without your diploma, and add that on later once you have it. It is only necessary to have by September - October when matriculation begins
This video is such a blessing🙏🏼🔥 Do you know if it is mandatory for non-eu to send a proof of English proficiency even if you're already studying in English?
Every country is different, you must check with your nearest Italian embassy/consulate. In worse case scenario, you may have to do a TOEFL exam to prove B2 English language proficiency.
hey! quick question, for the Cambridge A levels, can I submit predicted grades in place of my high school diploma since our results come out in August?
Hi there, I don't think there is a need for that. Simply email the university of your choice and ask if they require any documentation that you will be graduating in August. Since Brexit, I believe you must also do the pre-enrollment, so for part C of the application, leave that field blank. Email the university and later they will re-open it for you to submit the official diploma and transcript.

A friend of mine who studies in Italy says they used a Predicted Grade document, a document from the school that basically says 'These are the expected grades of this Student and they will graduate on date X'. I finish my final exams Mid June and our results come out Mid August. I can use the Predicted Grade document for the first part of the online pre-enrolment, but what about the 'Translation, Notarisation and Legalization' part? Because obviously I don't have the Diploma yet...
Furthermore, on many websites on the IMAT and Italian English University admissions process, I note that they mention you don't actually have to graduate yet, and the Embassy will give you a condition that you pass your exams. Which is fine and all, but I don't really see any guide on how to proceed further if you actually fall under this case, beyond the online pre-enrolment. Any help would be appreciated.

I am not sure what you mean by the first question. Second, you cannot apply with your bachelor's degree. You only need your high school diploma and transcript, no matter if you have PhD. Grades in high school also don't matter, the admission is solely based on your IMAT score. Check out my video ua-cam.com/video/x0LOhQJ87oI/v-deo.html for more info
hello good morning thank you so much for your video i want to ask does pre- acceptence letter is required while applying for the pre-enrollment or we can apply with out pre-acceptence letter. thank you.
Admission is based on IMAT, not any other test or certification. Any English proficiency test will only be used as a tie breaker if you happen to have the same score on the IMAT as another applicant.

This highly depends on your local Italian consulate/embassy. The documents required in Canada to obtain a DoV was only the high school diploma and transcript that will be notarized and legalized. In terms of when to apply, I would say as soon as possible.

You must have the diploma. I wouldn't worry about pre-enrolment right now, it is still early in the application year. Hey! Thanks so much for this video, I'd like to ask a few things if that's alright?
1. Yes
2. The DoV is submitted to the university after enrolment/matriculation. And yes you can get the DoV whenever you like
Does that mean that if I have to sit for ImAT in 2024, I can do the pre enrollment anytime before it ?
Is there any process before preenrollment? Application ?
As an eu student, do i have to enrol on every university website or just enrolling for imat would be enough?

A friend of mine who studies in Italy says they used a Predicted Grade document, a document from the school that basically says 'These are the expected grades of this Student and they will graduate on date X'.
