I left a toxic work environment for the well bring of my mental health , now I have stayed for 6 months without a job and things are hard, but am still hoping all will be well 😭
It happened to me too,thankfully I landed another job in 3months therefter .Mental health is the last thing we should afford to compromise on ,no body is ready to hire someone with unsound mental health so we should protect it at any cost . My girlfriend dumped me ,they started a relationship with the landlord,she moved in at landlord house,they have now doubled the rent they will finish me
Wow, what a timely conversation! I should tag a former HR where i used to work before i resigned. I've never encountered such a toxic woman and such a toxic work environment.
One experience. If you are employed learn to save money for unknown emergency including losing job and time you shall be away from job. Two after losing job learn to get yourself all together. Be calm and avoid stress. Two follow your own decision coz at that point too much advice come across. Associate with people who want to build you again Avoid mislenous spending.
In my very early days of employment a manager wanted to bring that toxicity instead i turned the tables and made her life hell instead 😅. Soft toxicity
