    4 years and 5 years is NOT JUSTICE FOR MURDER!

    • @israelitenephite3383

      That’s what I’m saying what is up with that? They crossed the border, murder somebody and then get the proverbial slap on the wrist for taking a life! What is up with the GOV and the Spanish people who love to check off Caucasian even though they are very dark skin? Is that the trade-off they get away with“murder” while those of us who don’t make a deal with the devil and couldn’t even if you wanted to check Caucasian, end up spending life in prison? Seriously go through prisoners in Florida and you’ll see very dark skin Hispanic/Latino Latinas that check off Caucasian/white for their ethnicity/ race? Make it make sense! Doesn’t it not make you wonder just how many true Europeans/Caucasians are in America? If we were forced to check off our bloodline, I wonder how many Caucasians truly are in America? 4 to to nine years as a slap in anybody’s face! The dude on the subway was starving to death and just asking for food or money in an “aggressive” way was murdered in front of many people and the Caucasian that did it didn’t see any time at all! These men stole somebody’s life in a vicious, violent way and only got 4/9 years and the dude that murdered a man for begging for food was a let go! Make it make sense! Time for people to wake up and start reading, true history and asking yourself, “why is that“! I can only imagine what their license/passport says. I’m 90% sure they checked off Caucasian/white! It is what it is.
      End of venting! Must say, though if it was somebody else they would be spending life in prison just as if it was somebody else that choked out a person for starving and asking in a very loud voice for food only to get the death penalty for being homeless and hungry, the other would’ve been found guilty and spent more than 25 to life in prison! It is what it is and judgment definitely upon America and the world for treating certain people’s in a very inhumane way while leaving that they are only 3/5 of a human and therefore father’s constitution and slavery in the 13th! Yet certain people are flocking to them to make babies with them 3/5 of a human people! Very maddening.

      One of the guys wasn't there for the killing; he just got the stolen stuff afterward, and the other was the driver. I'm assuming they needed their testimony for the other two guys' trials coming up. The other two will most likely get real time. One was the actual killer, and the other claimed he tried to tell the guy no before he shot him. I agree that five years is nothing, and it's baffling how they determine that number.

      @@sbrooke210 No, I know how things work. These people were already in jail and released before they killed Johnny. Had they been in jail like they were supposed to be he'd still be here. These aren't people that are going to serve 4 or 5 years and instantly be better people. There are career criminals. Maybe if Johnny was someone you loved you'd see things a little differently.

    • @sbrooke210
      @sbrooke210 9 днів тому

      @ I never said they were good people or would become better people but I don't make the laws. They weren't directly responsible for his death so saying that if they were in jail it wouldn't have happened is not at all true. I'm able to look at it more objectively because I'm not emotionally involved, yes. I'd be more upset at the gun laws and other factors that created the scenario. I'm not making an argument to forgive these criminals, just that they didn't literally commit murder so that's why the sentence is low, which people are not grasping

    When you vote for leniency and forgiveness for criminals, this is what you get. I know this isn't the time for this. But it is the truth, and until you accept that truth change will never come.
    One shouldn't have to wait until it's one of their own that gets hurt or losses their life to demand change. Always put yourselves or your family in the shoes of those victims, it is then that maybe you'll wake up and realize that there is no way in hell that you'd wish that upon anyone let alone your own loved ones. Stand up and fight against policies and punishments that are a joke like this one.
    You live and support a state where you voted to shelter these criminals, what did you think would happen...that's what a sanctuary state literally is, protect the criminals, and convict the innocent, yes criminals that by law are protected.
    What, these states are trying to prove with that 🤷‍♀️ we dont know nor understand. It just makes no sense.
