I have concluded that this is one of the best series i have ever watched (and that I will have ever watched). Thanks to the memes regarding a certain chanted part of Qin Xianglian's theatrical play, i watched the play myself, and while looking to watch it again, i stumbled upon this masterpiece. It makes me want to understand legal, financial and political matters. Love this series, i do t know hot to put into words how much it brings me inspiration for seeking knowledge.
One thing that made me sad in this episode was the dog shaped guillotine. China considers dogs are the most despicable animal (at that time) to humiliate a condemned person 😥
After about 5 of these shows from Justice Bao, I feel as if I am glimpsing fragments of a cinematic version on the classic Water Margin's chapters. Characters of those Outlaws of the Marsh seem to come alive in this series.

if those 3 animals heads guillotine still exist until now and I think the tiger head guillotine is the most use in China 🇨🇳 and Vietnam 🇻🇳 and the dog head guillotine is the most use in the US 🇺🇸
was there any voice in China pointing out how stupid their hats were? is the girlfriend supposed to be a Chinese "Flying Nun?" every one of the Chinese are white except Judge Bao. is he made up black or is he Afro-Chinese? i think the Bank owner's bad- ass bodyguard guy is Colombian or Cuban. Tang reminds me of Maxwell Smart and his girlfriend is also his 99.
