Ya did decent on the seasoning, but you didn't put enough black pepper to get that nice bark. Next time don't use brown sugar, it would of been better to use a dark brisket rub. It looked really dry, you could of wrapped it and laid some lard on some butchers paper. Nex time leave some more fat so it can render and make a juicy brisket.
