- Radio presenter, actor, writer… is there anything Fred Kennedy can’t do?! The co-creator of Dead Romans for Image Comics returns to the Omniverse to share some of the comics that influence and inspire him our latest COLLECTOR’S ITEM SPECIAL [omniversecomics.guide/collect...] episodes.
Dead Romans recently made out TOP 20 COMICS OF 2023 [omniversecomics.guide/2024/01...] list and has received glowing reviews. So much so, that a sequel is on the way! Fred gives us more detail on the new series, as well as other projects he currently has in the pipeline.

It’s such a joy to listen to Fred talk. He’s so enthusiastic and passionate about comics and he’s always speaks so kindly about other creators. I’d second what he said about getting Parker in the individual format over the Omni as each book has a different art style to match the story and I think that works better in the individual book format. So excited to find out what IP he’s gotten to write cannon for! Also that Robert Kirkman story just goes to show what a class act Robert is!
It’s such a refreshing change to hear someone talk positively about editors. They’ve been demonised over the last few years!
Excited to see what these secret projects are that Fred has coming up! Also, I think you need to get Fred back on so he & Dave can talk about Secret Wars so Dave's head doesn't explode 🤣
