The most durable inspiring platonic friendship I've ever seen displayed. Although I ship them so hard many times I also find myself in awe that an attractive hetero man and an attractive hetero woman could be best friends both on camera and off. It's so remarkable and astonishing. I love these two!
Same. I'm actually glad they didn't pair them together and kept it a very close friendship. The teasing though for fans is what even makes it more interesting. I think I heard that it wasn't the intention of the writers to ship them but when people kept wanting it, they decided to just tease it in there a bit.
I kind of want them together on screen, but I’m really in awe of their friendship off camera it’s just an amazing friendship, they’re iconic

Most shows that disappears and come back aren’t the same anymore and shows that been on the air for 15 years and up. especially without the same producers,Director,writers. Most shows don’t last 20 years and more. So this is cause mariska Hargitay.

This show was really great in its earlier seasons but now has just become the OLIVIA BENSON show.
They should have ended this series after the first 12 or 13 seasons. It has been on way too long!

How did it turn sexist? I don’t think it did, I think it’s the opposite, a powerful woman leading role, equal amounts men and female cops, and they makes sure the female characters are represented powerfully
