Please can you explain the difference between SSD and HDD drive, I don’t seems to understand it well in the class

We are still on software class , I just branch into it , we will learn better in hardware class, but SSD drive is latest PC storage drive . The difference is that HDD use disk to store date while SSD drive use chip to store data, SSD drive is faster than HDD drive and more durable than HDD.
