Agreed on everything, but layoffs now a days are not on performance basis but due to strategy changes coming from the top. Organisations are changing Top 10 Goals and other focus areas, and specially in Tech, they are now looking into Build vs Buy and now a days, Buy strategy is more adopted.

hi mehul many say that frontend engineering is very much saturated but i feel like frontend websites have a lot of scopes because any startup or any product may not have a full functional website but they will be needing atleast a creative website to show, can you please talk about this and give guidance
Layoffs aren't essentially based on performance. I was part of Olx and saw big waves of layoffs. I saw some of the best talents being asked to leave. Few EMs themselves were laid off. The decision came purely from top level management which literally noone knew of before and was also stated not be based on performance.

And I start my learning as front end development, but bro I don’t know you can believe or not after 10 days of doing learning I get my self overwhelmed . And I think to quit. But after some hours I release that the reason of my overwhelming is only the you tube videos of some fake influencers who’s videos forced me to worry about future but there is no thing like that is real market. But for viewers they made anything and this is very bad thing
Because google has to pay premium to keep its employees. It’s counterintuitive. But basically once you have google tag your value goes up. And until you are let go they didn’t make mind on who to let go!
