Hey Sal, I like that "Just walk it through a warm room" from your brother- I used to know an old farmer who would say "Wipe it's arse and run a candle over it"! 😁 I don't care about grill marks either but your steaks look great, and there's nothing wrong with a bit of variety and a new accessory!
