Hello guys and search for a solution for this problem and its was a simple of thing. I don´t know why it works but i try it and tell if it works for you guys too. Press Win + R (to open Run ) Copy and paste and press enter to run this program. "C:\Windows\system32\ctfmon.exe". it brings back the language bar and for me it allowed me to type in windows search, start menu and WINDOWS 10 apps again I think it is due to missing Language bar or something like that.
@@TechProAdvice yeh, it was actually already turned off. But what I saw in your screen was all the box bellow of the filtered key isn't checked and mine was. So what I did was I unchecked it like yours, and it worked. Maybe those comments saying it didn't work should try what I did.

I still can't type anything from internal keyboard, even windows button while I boot in safe mode it totally work. I really congused about it. I mus run windows in normal mode bcs in safe mode there are some program/utilities cant be run. The problem is keyboard can run well in safe mode but I need to run in normal mode and I cant type anything in normal mode :(
Thank u soooo much this is my sisters laptop I’m just using it and every time I playing this game called roblox and I use shift it says turn off every single shift and keyboard typing and I press yes to see if it stopped asking me and it did but I couldn’t type of move and I started crying and I I turned off the computer and then I couldn’t type on my sisters login but I have a touchscreen and it gives your choice to use the keyboard that’s on the screen and I searched up the videos how to type, after two videos I found this vid a watched it and TYSM

Edit: Turns out some of the unexistent water spilled, I think its my dad beer and i got a new keyboard
mine was set to turn on after 8 seconds of holdhing shift, which i probably did

When I click on my F key, for example, it opens the feedback. Or if I click E it opens my file explorer and I don't know why it does that..
I had to click ctrl and shift and it fixed it.☺️
