Good evening Doctor, is mono focal the safest lenses to implant. EDOF can be considered ? In passing you mentioned their is a slight trade off for long distance vision.

Ma'am in how many days halo n glare removed after surgery in pan optix lense.
As per internet reports it takes 1 to 6 months for your brain to adjust to the halos/ glares etc.

once original lens is taken out, monofocal lens will only give you distance vision … it cannot adjust to near objects like natural lens. you will need specs for near objects. better to go for multi focal or edof lens.
