I had Ratina buckle surgery 11 years back in Rt Eye, now developed cataract, I have cylindrical nos. with - 4.5 and + 2.5 power. Should I for Lucidis Toric which cost 75000 in all except medicines. Almost 50000 cheaper than Alcon vivity clareon toric.
Go with monofocal with intermediate, like Eyhance or impress , I personally wouldn’t recommend vivity or lucidis

I am 31 yrs old, and HLA-B27 positive. From last 3 years, getting iritis almost every year. I have cataract in one eye and want to know which lens is best for me.
This type of cataract is drug and disease induced, can plan surgery under steroid cover , surgeon will plan accordingly, any hydrophobic Monofocal or enhanced monofocal would be the best option for you

Both are good lenses but I would prefer vivity since this one is hydrophobic material , but performance wise rayner IOLs are very good and reasonable also
