Embarrassing confession. your sassy nurgling is part of what inspired me to start a death gaurd army. In fact when my wife and I were in our local store discussing the various hobbying pros and cons of Death Gaurd, Thousand Sons and World eaters, the winning argument for nurgle was " Yeah , but sloppity bilepiper and sassy nurgling" Absolute respect for your skill and the positive effect you have on the community.
Every one of those was excellent, but those final three Tzeentch models are gorgeous. The colours are so magical and the inverted colour one actually makes me feel my eyes have been tainted by chaos. Thanks for sharing 'em.
As a maniacal Tzeentch lover I cannot get my eyes of your top 3! You are so confoundingly talented, deserving of archiving in the great library. May your fate never be sealed!
I really appreciate the hand-sculpted tiny lawn flamingo 🦩 The neon wackiness of Grendel is complemented by the flamingo and just takes the whole piece up a level. Personally, I'm #TeamSassyNurgling
Louise is known for her Gobbos but her Tzeentch work is by far the best. A Tzeentch Chaos Warriors army for the Old World would look fantasic in them beautiful colours.
#2 is #1 for me. _Astonishingly_ good. Back when my mates and I were painting minis, we barely had a thousandth of your talent. We did share your passion for unusual colour schemes, however. One friend owned "Space Hulk" plus the expansions. We painted every genestealer a different two-colour combo. Sounds weird, but they looked mad - and it allowed us to kinda personalise them :-)
You have done the Changer of Ways proud. Speaking of change, I think it's important to understand that the trajectory of one's life is never a binary of "improvement vs stagnation". We are always changing into exciting new forms. Don't ask "can I ever be as good as I once was?". But rather "how can I be the best ME I can be in this phase of my life?". There is no high or low points. Because "Up" and "Down" are words we created to match our very subjective and narrow view of reality.
I just love how vibrant everything on this list is. Grim and dark and moody is such a norm in our hobby, so seeing something that actually looks happy and/or lively is so refreshing! I'm gonna keep an eye on your shop for when I build the confidence to paint something spiffier than my usual "good" standard 😊
I think they're all brilliant, but especially I like the firey, the sphiranx and the Rainbow warrior, all for the incredible detail and character. Look forward to getting Grampus, and finishing my fishing goblin.
Seeing your Tzeentch models in Warhammer World was awesome. They look amazing on screen but in person they are something else. The inverted horror is def my favourite.
I mean this as a great compliment and not as a dig or negative comparison: your work reminds me of the Lisa Frank style of artwork. Very bold use of bright, saturated colors heightened by fantastical creatures and settings. It's like a slightly corrupted Lisa Frank.
Visited WHW for the first time in years and your Tzeentchian horrors immediately took my eye. Had no idea you were behind that colourful insanity! Almost changed my mind from getting a Great Unclean One to a Lord of Change... 😂 Awesome minis Louise!
The Lord of Change conversion is definitely the most striking figure (although all are quite nice). I wouldn't worry about plateauing, though. It will always happen at some point - for awhile. Your brain just needs time to absorb skills. Keep at it, and eventually, it's able to absorb more. I've hit that wall so many times. Perseverance pays off - just don't sweat it. Let it come in its own time, and it will happen when you're really ready (as opposed to when you think you are)... :)
“Whoosh” makes me chuckle every time! I think you’re especially exposed to the fear of not exceeding past work that many of us have since you’re a content creator and a celebrated painter! It’s normal and having you voice that helps me personally feel that it’s a shared burden!
My personal favorites of your work is the cloth goblin "playset" diorama. Wasn't mentioned in your top favorites but, they were solid fun paintjobs and the calming peace bringing aspect is something I really resonate with😁
When I had my pilgrimage to Warhammer world about a year or so ago, it was a highlight to see your stuff and I had to make sure my wife saw them because I knew she would love the colours too.
Your kitbashing skills are amazing on No.1. For me, it has to be your very own Rascal Town fishing goblin. He is fantastic. I'm loving the Christmas goblin as well.
Most impactful for me was when I saw an army on display at Warhammer World that blew my mind. I didn’t even know you were allowed to use colours like that! It was your tzeentch army. Has made me so much more bold with colours in my painting.
Your best 'work' is all of the effort placed into your channel. Thank you for sharing your talents, encouraging our niche community to pick up a brush, and thank you for being an authentic and very likable person 🌻 keep up the good work!
Glorious run down of such a stunning and eclectic collection. I can't choose a favourite out of those and the new goblin is just glorious. Thanks for adding another gem of joy into the world.
I love your Sphiranx. So colorful and the wings look so natural on it I had to do a double-take to my shelf at the original box art to remember it didn't initially come with those. Thanks for sharing. I was really excited to see your Blood Bowl set up too. I haven't played the game yet, but I started up a hobby project with the minis simply because I really love some of them.
I'll choose the number 4, The Fungoid Goblin Shaman. It is one of my favorite miniatures of the latest goblin models and it was the one with which I discovered your Instagram. My head exploded with the choice of colors and that style that you bring to your models.
I love your Snorbo with shroom trumpet from the looncourt. The Rick roll on his trumpet and the other freehand with the rainbow colours offset by black robes is just perfection. ❤
My heart belongs to Chaos. Your Tzeentch is the Tzeenchiest! It is hard to pick between the Sphinx and the Lord of change as they are both so cosmic. Your work always inspires.
Your goblin mini sum's up all the good things about 90's goblins from GW ,the art work in the games " oi dats my leg, hungry troll's and the gobbo, and the silly songs cassettes that came with each game (12 bags of grot food at crassmas still makes my little sister laugh) 😂
the blood bowl troll is fantastic, Blood Bowl needs more love. The rascal Town mini us superb and I love the detail on your model too but I can see why the 1st place model won, its incredible work
I played in the eighties and nineties, & then let it go (I still read the novels though). There was once a range of miniatures that came out, which were sorcerer's familiars. There was a walking book, a frog, a demon-fellow holding a stick and candle, and there was one which became one of my favourites, - a small demonette, she was lovely (she was no taller than the length of a thumbnail, had a tail and small budding horns [from memory]). Another range was a group of civilians - a large-headed navigator, in a straight coat was another favourite. The original metal space marines were awesome also! ✌😄
I know when you say that "the one I painted the longest time ago" you mean, "on the list," but it's really funny to imagine that's literally the first miniature you ever painted. A very ambitious first project for sure!
I saw your mindstealer before the official build and was very disappointed to learn that the kit didn't come with wings. I'd love to do a similar conversation one day.
Your top three are mind bendingly awesome! Your sculpts are very charming as well. Your a very talented artist and I for one am looking forward to what you create in the future!
Wow, these are amazing. The inverted scheme is mind boggling! Great jobs, thanks for sharing. I'm not sure the amount of techniques should be the only metric you should use to measure your skill. If you haven't already, consider other things like speed, community involvement, inspiration, tutorials etc. Your skills don't stop at painting!

i think your own gobbos might be my favourites, but the ones you display in WHW are so stunning we stop and stare at them every time we go 🥰
They're also low key my favourite but it feels thoroughly unhumble to say so XD
Wait what???
I need to go back. How did I miss this. I was there today...
@@Crits-Crafts At the very end of the exhibition where you have the Warhammer store, keep an eye on the cases in the middle of the store 👍
@@roguehobbies you have earned that pride Louise🤩
Oooh think any of them will still be on display come next August?
12:45 - Those wings! Holy fudge. That's absolutely AMAZING!
Indeed!
So cool, also I really like the "Bolt Thrower" and "Summoning" pins on your jacket!
The top 3 are honestly jaw-dropping. Incredible work!
Thank you!!
Those are really awesome!
Every one of those was excellent, but those final three Tzeentch models are gorgeous. The colours are so magical and the inverted colour one actually makes me feel my eyes have been tainted by chaos. Thanks for sharing 'em.
Blimey! They are all really impressive. That 2nd place one in particular is absolutely stunning.
Yeah!
As a maniacal Tzeentch lover I cannot get my eyes of your top 3! You are so confoundingly talented, deserving of archiving in the great library. May your fate never be sealed!
The labyrinth mini is definitely my fave . U see it's character
I have always loved the Sphinx but I never realized that you painted it it so I am going to say that this is the best
Those last two paint jobs were so beautiful it made my eyes water.
It really was!!
Loved the Magnus Archives reference on the Nurgling's base.
WOWOWOWOWOWOWOWOWOWOWOWOWOWOWOWOWOWOW. All of those minis just put a smile on my face. The bright colors a vibrancy make the models just come to life!
I really appreciate the hand-sculpted tiny lawn flamingo 🦩
The neon wackiness of Grendel is complemented by the flamingo and just takes the whole piece up a level.

Your Tzeench army at WW is easily my favourite display to go gawp at for ten minutes. They stand out from every other display and I adore the colours.
Everyone plateaus when they achieve true expertise, as you clearly have, and improvement arrives more slowly, but it always arrives.
You have done the Changer of Ways proud.

that inverted tzeentch paintjob blew my mind! Special shout out to the ogre lady for burning out my retinas!
Love that you did the launch of the new model just at the end of a normal video, so fun❤
The rainbow marine you painted for the prismatic sword tutorial is my fav mini you've done, it's also my fav take on their color scheme
An honour to have my Labyrinth Fiery featured on your top list sugs! cheers for the greatest Paint job !
Last 2 are beautiful and magical

I can't decide between the sphinx and the tall space marine, both amazing for different reasons. Well done!
All of them are so amazing and inspirational! Literally got myself the Sphynx model because I saw how well you made yours
All of your work is amazing but the reverse color scheme...wow! On the other hand, Grampus is sooooo cute! Must have. Thanks for this video.
I loved your 8 paint chaos dwarf! All are amazing but that one was so cool and really shows what can be achieved with a limited paint palette! ❤
Those last 3 were absolutely awesome. Looking forward to the next video. Keep up the good work.

I hear that all the time and I love Lisa Frank 😍
My fave is the inverted color Pink Horror...I would LOVE to see a tutorial 🩵🩷💜💚❤️💗
I've thought about it... Maybe for April fools next year!
Your Negative Pink Horror is my fave.
Grampus is literally the cutest thing I've ever seen I would die for him!!!
I agree, he's my little festive baby 🥹❤️
Visited WHW for the first time in years and your Tzeentchian horrors immediately took my eye. Had no idea you were behind that colourful insanity! Almost changed my mind from getting a Great Unclean One to a Lord of Change... 😂 Awesome minis Louise!
Incredible paint jobs all round there, Sugs! Some real inspirational/aspirational stuff :)
The Lord of Change conversion is definitely the most striking figure (although all are quite nice).

The Pink Horror with inverted colours blew my mind when I first saw it... still does now. Phenomenal. Absolutely incredible.
The fact that you told us that your biggest fear is Stagnation makes it kinda funny that you have put so many tzeentch minis in this list.
Holy moly #1 and #2 are INCREDIBLE! I've never seen anything like it. Aaaaaabsolutely incredible work.
“Whoosh” makes me chuckle every time! I think you’re especially exposed to the fear of not exceeding past work that many of us have since you’re a content creator and a celebrated painter! It’s normal and having you voice that helps me personally feel that it’s a shared burden!
Good on you. Your videos are honest and joyful. Just what we all need.
I like the painting on the miniatures you paint.
My personal favorites of your work is the cloth goblin "playset" diorama. Wasn't mentioned in your top favorites but, they were solid fun paintjobs and the calming peace bringing aspect is something I really resonate with😁
Trick Question!! It’s all of them 😂❤️👍🏼
🫠 Ur 2 kind

Your top 2 ranked models are unbelievable. The stars on the wings and legs look so incredible.
I love your colour choices in your painting. It takes so much skill to paint so vibrantly and have it work so well.
Thank you so much 😊
I really like your painting style it is so refreshing colorfull! but especially the faces you paint are stunning!! all miniatures are very inspiring!
Your best 'work' is all of the effort placed into your channel. Thank you for sharing your talents, encouraging our niche community to pick up a brush, and thank you for being an authentic and very likable person 🌻 keep up the good work!
Lots of great minis there, but the top 2 are absolutely mind-blowing. Amazing work!
Glad you like them!
Glorious run down of such a stunning and eclectic collection. I can't choose a favourite out of those and the new goblin is just glorious. Thanks for adding another gem of joy into the world.
that #1 is legit! fantastic!
I love that Christmas goblin. Full of character and the paint job just looks fantastic
Thank you! I'm definitely biased but I do think he's one of the best things I've ever painted 🥹
I've never seen a single video of yours but HOLY SHIT you have some talent. Love your style :)
Your new videos are a bright ray of light in these days. My darkest days.
Thank you.
I love your Sphiranx. So colorful and the wings look so natural on it I had to do a double-take to my shelf at the original box art to remember it didn't initially come with those. The Rick roll on his trumpet and the other freehand with the rainbow colours offset by black robes is just perfection. ❤
I gasped at like six of these!! Absolutely gorgeous, all of them.
Why worry about getting better when you're work is by far the best I've ever seen🤯 I can't imagine anyone could do any better
Nice stuff. I'm surprised the Speaker Squig is not on here. I feel like you doing a whole old-school Ork army would be cool.
That converted tzeentzch demon looks absolutely amazing, well done!
My heart belongs to Chaos. Your Tzeentch is the Tzeenchiest! It is hard to pick between the Sphinx and the Lord of change as they are both so cosmic. Your work always inspires.
omg no 1 is just astounding!
You are so skilled with the brush. A pleasure to watch.
Love your style. Couldn't possibly pick a favorite.
I have no words ... that s ... unbelivable.
I am so excited to find a new mini painter to follow. Thank you for the inspiration:) to keep slaying the grey!!!
I LOVE BLOOD BOWL; always hated that troll, and i painted it 3 times (once for a friend) but seeing have you did it, fantastic. have a great weekend.
The secret is that I moved the hand down and away from his face 😎
I've always loved epic scale, so my favourite was number 6. Putting the mini in miniature.
Number one is bloody amazing though.
I think you made a good choice for first. I can't speak for the technique, but it looks so unbelievably good. Your whole list is quite awe-inspiring.
Simply stunning paint jobs! Incredible stuff! 🤩
Thank you very much!

I saw the Mindstealer and Lord of Change in Warhammer World - it looks absolutely amazing. Mindblowing.
the blood bowl troll is fantastic, Blood Bowl needs more love. The rascal Town mini us superb and I love the detail on your model too but I can see why the 1st place model won, its incredible work
I’m just trying to get started in Warhammer miniature painting, and I hope I can eventually get a fraction as good as you
The top three are the top three for a reason for sure. They are all awesome though!
Holy hell, your #1mis my #1,2,3 and 4. All just amazing but you know what you can do and I have faith that you will continue to grow.
All lovely stuff 😊
I don't know but it feels like that Bloodbowl troll deserves more love. Looks simply awesome. 😄
My favourite miniatures are the cloth goblins you painted. They’re so frickin’ adorable lol
You have an incredible and inspirational talent, thank you for sharing!

Louise your editing is by far amazing. I literally just watch your videos for inspiration. Lots of claps and appreciation.
Thanks so much 😊
They were all excellent and yay! for new mini at the end! (no spoilers ;P
How is anyone meant to choose. all so good. Great video!
If you have a passion for what you do you'll always do your best and you'll never be disappointed in your work.
I know when you say that "the one I painted the longest time ago" you mean, "on the list," but it's really funny to imagine that's literally the first miniature you ever painted. A very ambitious first project for sure!
Holy crap I was not ready for the last 2 minis. Insane!
Amazing, I'll be seeing the minis Thursday evening.
I saw your mindstealer before the official build and was very disappointed to learn that the kit didn't come with wings. I'd love to do a similar conversation one day.
They're all extraordinarily good!
Your top three are mind bendingly awesome! Your sculpts are very charming as well. Your a very talented artist and I for one am looking forward to what you create in the future!
I would love to see a Rascaltown Blood Bowl team.
Those Tzeentch pieces were amazing!
Fantastic work. Definately a true artist Louise. Thanks for the inspiration and do keep up the great vids 😄👍👍
Wow, these are amazing. The inverted scheme is mind boggling! Great jobs, thanks for sharing.
