I stopped using tiktok and stopped watching most youtubers because of silly drama or toxic comments. Got into Twitch in the past month, liked it at first, but it just getting too much. I didn’t know so much stuff happened on Twitch. A couple weeks ago I didn’t know all these people existed, now I’m well invested into their drama, crazy.
I need a social life, but that’s difficult as a young adult fresh out of high school and yk covid. In the meantime I’m sticking to twitter and reddit where I can filter all the bs.

@@NorroTaku Guess math isn't your strongest subject. I said I have about 30-60 minutes a day to watch, they stream 4 hours roughly. That means at 2x it's 120 minutes. I clearly stated I only have time for 30-60 minutes lol.
The main channel is sometimes two or more days pressed in to like 15 minutes, I rather watch more of the actual content.

I really don’t think it matters how much hate streamers get. Your lives are way too easy for you guys to even care. In my opinion most online drama is fabricated for marketing, I don’t think most of it is actually really real. But it does breed more and more toxicity online despite that.
im not saying people should experience hate, but its well known that the internet is full of hate and toxicity. Complaining about your job comes up short when you are a streamer. If you don’t want hate, which is reasonable, get off the internet. Im fine with streamers making a ton of money without contributing anything to society, but they need to realize what they signed up for.
I enjoy watching Miz when there is actual content but right now I just can't. If Miz had just left it and said nothing about what happened when he was ordering the burger barley anything would have come of it and Hachu and Alinity wouldn't have been affected.

In school I remember learning very little about the whole world. The majority of “world history” I was taught was WWI, WWII, the French Revolution, the Enlightenment, and colonization of the Americas. 98% of it was just about the West in fact. And anything about Africa or Asia was the other 2% of what I was taught. Yeah, imo in the US we learn very little world history.

I think eu unis are definitely better for academics.

well Einstein attended lecture at a France school where he had his famous relativity theory formulated before he fled to America to avoid prosecution by the state being of Jewish descend so yah even back then France university was considered prestige.
